We absolutely love our new grill. It came in one big box but inside it was individually packed in separate boxes so that made it very easy to carry. It took quite a bit of time to put together, but the instructions were so clear and easy to follow. Sooooooo worth the price. One thing we were not happy with is that when we went to check out they didn't suggest to buy a cover, which would have been nice because now we have to order one. A must have for the cooking/grilling enthusiasts.

This grillbis very sturdy and cooks great! A few improvements could be made in design that would really help. Lots of air gets in above where the ash pan meets the grill. Also the pieces that direct the ashes to the pan are not sloped enough to clear themselves without assistance. I’m fairly handy with tools and it took me a couple of hours to assemble. Some pre assembly where possible would be great.

Well designed and sturdy construction. Mine arrived with no missing parts or damage, as others have noted. Impressed that side boards are metal, not plastic. Fairly easy assembly IF you follow the instructions.....I had a bit of trouble with the cooking grate, but was my fault as I didn't pay attention to orientation of the frame channels. My big complaint, and why 4 stars, is the spacing of the coal bed grate is too wide. I use lump charcoal which always has small pieces, and a lot of them will just fall through. Had to add a layer of wire mesh cloth. But overall very satisfied. Bought direct and shipped free, which is amazing as it is quite heavy.

The title says it all, and they won't replace parts, you are always required to return and reorder.

Like all the features. But the top rack does not raise up properly and all the pins have bent. We need to remove it completely off when light the charcoal the very carefully using gloves and thongs to place it back on top.

Very pleased with the quality and sturdiness of the grill. Instructions were easy to follow making assembly a breeze.

Bought this as an early Fathers Day gift for my bf, I was expecting shipping to be delayed because of the mail back up with Covid and everything BUT the shipping was super fast!! The directions could be a little more clear, but we were able to get it set up and working just fine. All of the features are great and we received a nice big gift with our purchase. The app is pretty cool as well, it has recipes and stuff with some cool ideas. We’ve smoked ribs, and a number of other things, and we’ve bbq’d non stop since it’s gotten here!! It’s easy to clean, and manage! Overall my bf loves it and we’d highly recommend!!!

Been using this grill for about 3 months now, and I have to say it's the best grill I've ever own. High quality product for a great price.

Great grill but it took two people 4 hours to put together

I bought this about a month ago and have been please with it so far. The grill seems solid and well built. After use, it is covered and left on my deck so I am interested to see how it ages or rusts. The only negative that I have so far is the lack of adjustability from my previous grill as far as how close the heat/ charcoal grate is to the grilling surface. You can be as close as 2 inches to the grilling surface with incremental adjustments going only as low as about 8 inches from the grilling surface. Would like to be able to adjust to be further away but it has worked great so far. It builds and holds heat very well with the lid closed for a great sear.

Grill looks nice, only took a couple hours to get together by myself. A couple things could’ve been marked a little better so you knew which side was the top. The covers for the ends of the wheels didn’t fit, but I’m not very worried about that.

Great grill! Love the adjustable chimney and vents, as well as ability to adjust the height of the coals. Build quality feels solid as well. My only gripe is that it doesn't come with a cover, which is a must-have for a cast iron piece like this. No Masterbuilt-specific cover for this model that I've been able to find as well. Great buy overall though.
