Great product. Sturdy and stylish.
Packaging was excellent with all components in tact.
Assembly was relatively easy.
Installing it to the house was also quite easy with brackets and hardware included.
Glue product (used to assemble the components was very difficult to squeeze from the tube.
Looks great!

I was excited when I received the window boxes. When I took out the first three panels that were beautiful with a white satin finish, however the two side panels were a high gloss and did not match the front panel. The quality looked really nice. However the panels visibly did not match. I called Mayne customer service and they were helpful, however they stated that there could be a slight change of color and sheen due to lighting. There is a very noticeable difference of the panels not due to lighting.
I am sorry to say I will be returning these as the company stated that replacement panels would be the same finish of what I have already received.

Thanks for reaching out to us Mary, we always appreciate the feedback. The end caps of this window box collection are molded differently than the panels for structural reasons but we are always looking for a long term solution to soften the surface to match the sheen a bit better. These window boxes can be customized and painted to match any decor.

I had similar planters on a home and after 20 years they still looked great.
I found some at twice the price elsewhere but bought these knowing I could return them if I wasn’t happy. I can’t see any difference with these and am very happy! Just gorgeous and adds so much charm to my house!!
Make sure you spend time installing the backboard to hang them so they are level. We attached a board and painted it black so it wouldn’t show.
