This hose is the best. This is my second one...
This hose is the best. This is my second one only because the hard freeze killed it. (My fault). It stays out of the way and away from my dog who chews hoses like they were chew toys but stretches to the end of my garden. The best I have found!

We are sorry that the Coil hose did not work for you and would like to know the reasons. This hose has a warranty and we will send you a replacement if you would like.. These are light duty hose’s designed for patio/deck use. Any pressurized hose left out in the direct sunlight can expand by 50% of its original diameter. This is due to the water and material heating up and the pressure causing the hose to expand. In order to get optimal life and performance from your coil hose always’ s turn off the water, release the pressure and store the hose in the shade. We would like to get more details about the problem.This item has a two year warranty so simply go to http://www.melnor.com/contact and fill out the contact page. Was really happy with this hose for almost a year until it developed a kink near the nozzle and then split one day soaking me in the process. Have been looking at Home Depot for another one without luck.
