Beautiful tile, however make sure you order more than enough We ran out of tile and had to spend a fortune re-ordering two more times trying to get the original shade of black we ordered. Paid 2x as much for our floor due to getting different shades.

Just installed these on my bathroom floor and I LOVE them!! I couldn't find them in stores anywhere and ordering online estimated about a 2 week delivery time. I decided to wait and am SO HAPPY I did! They came in much faster than anticipated, less than a week and they look amazing.

Tile came with a glue substance and caused scratches that could not be removed. Poor quality on product and shipping.

The reason I'm giving this tile a "Fair" rating is due to the cost. It came out to a little over $10 a square foot. The quality of the tile is great, but still way too expensive for what you are getting.

So pretty. I would say this is definitely a matte black rather than a dark charcoal color. Kind of hard to tell online, but it is beautiful! We love it as the floor in our bathroom.

These tiles were just as the picture shows - I ended up needing to order more and the color was not a issue they matched perfectly.

I ordered 1000 of these tiles. Each one had white wax on them. I don't know how I am going to clean them all? Packaging was terrible. Most of them were falling apart. Very difficult to transport. Lot of them were chipped on the edges. I don't know why I still shop at Home Depot.

The only issue we had was that we needed to order more tile which took us off schedule by a week. 10% overage was not enough. This product has A LOT of cuts and requires at least 20% overage for waste. This tile is gorgeous though! Perfect size and perfect Color. Color is more on the warm taupe finish than a cold gray. so make sure you order a sample before matching to other finishes. overall - would definitely recommend this tile and would love to see the other colors that are available.

I had long lusted over cement tile but decided that porcelain would be cheaper and -- importantly for my back entrance -- thinner. These are beautiful, with a warm gray color and matte finish.

Surface of these tiles is not smooth, they are glossy, but the surface is wobbly, making light not reflect in a sharp and clean way

We had this tile professionally installed in a small bathroom. The tiles have a very slightly uneven surface, which gives them a very pretty, almost handmade, appearance. The grey color is on the warmer side--almost a taupe. Since we had them installed, I can't speak to how difficult it was, but I will say that our contractor spent extra time prepping the subfloor and it took him a while to lay the tile. We were going for a vintage-inspired but updated look and I couldn't be happier with the result. If you're eyeing cement tiles, but want a lower price and simpler install, I think this is the product for you.

Product was easy to install and has a nice matte modern look the surface. Looks really sharp when putting white grout between.
