The tiles look very pretty in the pictures, especially from some reviews posted with photos, but the quality and the clarity of the color is not very good, it’s hard to explain. It’s more of ceramic than porcelain to me. Looks cheap.

We wanted to clarify for you and future customers that porcelain is another form of ceramic; all porcelain is ceramic, while not all ceramic is porcelain. Porcelain is baked for a longer period of time, and at higher temperatures to achieve the properties that classify ceramic as porcelain. Thanks for the feedback!

I looked at over 100 tiles before settling on this one. It is pleasing in size and appearance and relatively inexpensive. However, until it goes on the wall it is delicate and breaks easily.

These tiles are beautiful and good quality but they are...
These tiles are beautiful and good quality but they are super hard to cut even with an expensive wet saw. I am not an expert nor am I a novice. The subway tile I bought from the same company cut fine without many chips but these were so jagged when cut that I am returning the rest.

We’re sorry to hear you had a tough time cutting these tiles with your wet saw. When cutting tile, along with the wet saw we would recommend using a diamond tipped blade. We always recommend the use of a diamond tipped blade as it offers the best cut with the least chance of breakage. Thanks for the feedback and we hope you were able to find a tile that works for your space!
