The tile came perfectly intact on a mesh grid with zero imperfections. My contractor dry fitted it perfectly and then we grouted in a light gray color. It looks so perfect and clean! Matched it with my mid century modern/ modern farmhouse style well.

I'm a big fan of penny tile, and this one was a great one. The design is very cute, the mesh is on well so that it is very easy to install, and it was simple to make them each piece line up. I put it up as a backsplash behind my bathroom sinks, and would definitely recommend it for anything you might tile. I did get it on sale so it was much cheaper to buy, but I do think the price is worth is for the quality.

Tile arrived in good condition. Excellent even spacing between individual tiles. Take note that the flower is not centered on the sheet. The sheets must be laid in the same direction to create a straight line of flowers. I have yet to slip on the tile that is flat to the floor, it feels nice underfoot. However, I have slid on the little slope that we created up into our shower area. Overall very happy with this tile, love the flower detail.

This is the Merola penny tile mosaic on a Kante planter. The tile is easy to install, comes on a mesh backing and cleaned up well. I used charcoal sanded grout. It is paired with: Merola Tile Classico 2 in. Black Mosaic Tile , Abolos Metro Galaxy Black Square Mosaic Glossy Glass Pool Tile, Jewel White Gloss Glass Mosaic Wall Tile, and HOUSE OF MOSAICS Spiro Gray Geometric Matte Marble Mosaic. All of it patchworked together on 4 sides of the pot. I used one strip Abolos Galaxy glass micro mosaic black tile on the top lip edge. I could see the penny tile being used in a bathroom for retro feel.

This is an excellent tile set. The build quality is excellent. All the tiles are evenly set on the mesh backing. The tiles are all excellent, even size, finish and color. The top is matte which is nice if you want a surface that doesn't have as much contrast with the grout. The black tiles look great for an interesting look. Penny tiles are a bit more difficult to install than square or rectangular tiles. It also uses up more grout since there is more space to fill in. Tiles are 3/16" of an inch if you want to use an edge trim with it. My expectations have been exceeded.

This is a beautiful tile that we installed in our childrens' shower for the floor. They are shiny gray tiles about the size of a penny. They are on interlocking mesh so it makes for easy installation with grout. This would look great in a variety of spaces that are in need of tile. They wipe off easily and clean very well. I would recommend this tile!

I'm about half way with this project and so far I'm happy with the tile. I have yet to have a single penny piece fall off it's backing, which with some manufacturers, that can be annoying. This tile is easy to work with and cuts like any other penny tile I've worked with, using the pincher tool. This color gray, in my opinion, is a very flexible color that will coordinate with most any décor. The glassy effect contrast nicely with a satin or semi gloss type paint. The only downside I experienced was I had messaged their support about trim edging availability and I never received a reply. Good product that I would recommend.

We are looking for interesting mosaic designs for a couple tiled shower projects, as well as some accent tiles for bathrooms. We found this very high-quality penny tile and think it will be excellent as an accent in one of the showers. The quality is excellent, it matches up well with other sheets. Stays together well (well bonded to the mesh that holds tiles together). All the tiles were undamaged when received, and protected by a foam sheet between each.

These tiles look high end and are quality made. The tiles are very nice looking and the penny tiles have a nice gloss look to them. The gloss looks like it will hold up well to use and keep that shine they have on the first day. The finish on the tiles is strong and holds up well to abuse. The backing on the tiles is very well made to hold them together and they are very uniform in spacing. Installation is very simple and nothing outside the normal process for tile installation. Overall I would definitely recommend these titles. They look great and appear to be high quality.

The Merola penny tile is a classic style that has been used for many years and is still fashionable. The dark grey works well with other shades of grey or other neutrals. The penny shape also can be combined with square, rectangle or subway shapes used in other parts of the room. The porcelain is a better quality than the ceramic. It has a smooth finish with a shine. The size of the tiles are nine and three quarters inches by eleven and a half inches. Not a square, but they fit together nicely with straight edges and slot in to each other to join. They are on a mesh that lays down by the sheet and individual tiles can be removed to vary the design by placing other colors in the open slots. These tiles were used in the laundry area. A backsplash or shower pan would be a good place to use them. A case of these tiles cover almost sixteen square feet. There are many other colors of this Merola tile to choose from.

The Merola tile metro penny glossy light grey 9-3/4 in. X 11-1/2 in. Porcelain mosaic tile is attached with webbing to allow easy installation on the wall or floor. The webbing allows the tile to adhere to the mastic easier and to keep the spacing between the tiles. The webbing between the tiles can be cut to allow them to interlock to keep that equal spacing.

The " Merola Tile Metro Penny Glossy Light Grey Porcelain Mosaic Tile" is a beautiful tile, pattern and look. I have to say that when I use sheet mosaic's they tend to fall off the sheets due to poor glue, these are on strong and durable. The finish is Gloss and elegant. I did take one tile and put it thru some hard tests and it did not chip or fade. I will be using this on an outdoor pizza oven and I am hoping that the membrane will not melt. I need to test it first. I picked this size because it will be easy to use around arches and round shapes.

MEROLA TILE METRO PENNY GLOSSY LIGHT GREY 9-3/4 IN. X 11-1/2 IN. PORCELAIN MOSAIC TILE (15.94 SQ. FT./CASE) will be placed in the master bathroom above the shower and down the sides. It will be a perfect accent to the light grey paint which the whole bathroom is painted. Work will be completed when my husband is healthy enough to do the placement and grouting.

Nice, neutral colored tile for our shower floor. The finish feels good and durable. It is basically a dove gray color. The circle shaped tiles are about a 16th of an inch apart which is about perfect for the grout lines I like to do. It came well packaged and padded in a box that was put in another box so it arrived without any chipping or other damage. The Tiles are well adhered to the mesh backing and are pretty easy to work with. Very pleased.

These arrived quickly and packaged nicely. We did not have any broken or cracked tile. Love the look of these and the back of the tile has a nice meshing making these easy to place. We used dove grey as we felt a light color might be too much pattern. We laid these out and took photos then went and picked up all the others items we needed. Love how easy these are to work with take time when having to cut them in half we rented a tile saw.

Very striking. The color is called light grey. I think it a pretty dark for what they call a light grey. It is still very attractive I just don’t want anyone to think its light in color. twenty sheets in each case. It works out to 15 + for square feet per case. The tiles are round and about the size of a penny. I guess that’s what you would expect if you read the title. It’s just like any other mesh backed tile. The amount of grout will be more considering all of the grout lines you will have. It looks high end and the sheen is matte. It does have a little luster to it. I would recommend this to a friend.

I chose the Cashmere blue for this project, very similar to the Matte Light Blue. Great look and ease of use. Very happy with the project outcome for a small hall beach bathroom.

We used a combination of 3 Merola penny round tiles to create a custom mosaic accent wall in our spa-themed bathroom renovation. The design is meant to break up what is a long narrow room, and evoke the feeling of bubbling spring water. The penny rounds were a perfect compliment to the reclaimed wood vanity counter my husband made. So happy with the results! The three Merola penny round mosaic used were Metro Penny Matte White, Metro Penny Matte Light Blue, and Hudson Penny Round Blue Eye. The selection of penny rounds available from Merola is pretty wide, allowing us to bring in the color and texture we wanted. We also used Merola Matte finished bullnose trim pieces - the trim being the same thickness as the penny rounds gave us a neat material transition detail at the top of the wainscot and at the door frame. It was so much fun to be able to mix and match tile finishes within the Merola brand to create the unique installation we envisioned. Great products!!

I bought the tile online without seeing it in person. My contractor picked it up and installed it, so I didn't see it until the work was finished. This tile looks cheap. My friend asked me if it was vinyl when they saw it.

Beautiful tile I have used in 2 showers on floors. Great quality and stunning look. Less expensive than Wayfair where I have bought from before, but same quality. Relaxing color and love it every time I see it. Not hard to clean because grout lines are very narrow.

I love my penny tile. Easy to install with the mesh backing.
