Great product! I own about 30 different m18 tools, and with the battery life of some,like the 6" grinder, I was worried that keeping batteries charged was gonna be the issue. But after probably an 1.5 hours of use with the hedge trimmer and pole saw (actual running time)with an 8 amp battery its only used 3 bars. So realistically 3batteries and a quick charger and youd be set all day with this tool. Glad I bought it!

Works great battery lasted no problem for the yard twice.

5.0 battery last 4 minutes

The motor makes a grinding noise then stops spinning. It came right out the box like this. Im opting out of exchanging for another one and choosing to replace the carburetor on our 10 year old Husqvarna.

I really like my trimmer and the blower it was paired with however the handle slips around a bit and it should come with the dang shoulder strap!

Hi, don’t get this trimmer. There is something wrong with it. It just continues to stop working. I can’t even trim with it for more than 5 seconds. It just keeps stopping for this price. You’re better off going with a gas trimmer. Unfortunately, I love Milwaukee. All my tools are Milwaukee, but I have reached out to customer service and basically can’t get any real help, which is damaging to the look I have for Milwaukee. I even have their cups and hats, etc can’t represent if I won’t get help

Pole saw works great, 4 hours of used right out of the box, will be getting the extension pole next for the higher limbs.

I had an edger that required a long extension cord. I am not a professional Gardner and I am a Milwaukee fan, so I purchased this unit. Seems the engine sucks so much energy, that the battery life is really short. I don't have much landscape in my house, but I go through 8 batteries each time I use this thing. It's really frustrating. I will be selling my unit and purchasing a gas powered one. STAY AWAY, unless you have 15 spare batteries laying around.

Fantastic, moving and cutting is better than any other trimmer I owned. But, I did not get a shoulder strap with mine. Sad.

Easy to assemble. Powerful to use. A little heavy overall but well balanced when battery is installed.
