I figured I couldn’t go wrong with a Milwaukee, and my boyfriend really wanted a new tape measure. Is the 35 ft length necessary? Well, probably not. However, will my boyfriend need a new tape measure in the next 20 years (unless he loses it, ha!)?? Also… probably not. It's extremely durable, and I would recommend it to anyone! It makes measuring by yourself simple, and it's extremely accurate.

I am an electrical contractor and go through a lot of tape measures. This Milwaukee seems to have a great fit in the hand, it free stands well and there is an open bottom where you can slow the retracting speed of the tape which I love! It also has drop proof protection on the outside which is a nice feature. Well worth it! I would have given it a 5 ⭐️ Except it’s made in China sadly...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly I think this tape measure is one of the best i have ever used. It has worked really well for me on a few projects that I had to do around the house. It extends really far out before it bends. It is made very well, and sturdy. I also like the thickness of it. I just would of liked it alot better if it had the magnet on the end of the tape measure. But I do like how it is and how it's made. I am used to using the 16 foot tape measures so this one is quite new for me to use a longer one, but i really do like it. The tape measure itself is alot thicker then the smaller sizes. I would definitely recommend the 25 ft tape measure if you are looking for a nice thick, durable and strong measuring tape.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did not think that I would like a tape measure as much as I like this one. The tape is wide, and the numbers are easy to read. I love the numbers on the bottom of the tape. It makes measuring above head so much more convenient. My absolute favorite feature is the finger grip though. I can retract the tape without fear of pinching my fingers.

I like that the tape is very thick so I don't have to worry about it bending and moving too much when I use it. Its great that it has measurements on both sides to make things much easier. Overall its a nice sturdy tape measure that works great and I'm glad I got it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As an Interior designer with A LOT of remodeling projects, a tape measure is one of the most important tools that gets used on a DAILY basis. Too often, I'm alone, and trying to measure a long wall with a flimsy tape measure that will "fold" when extended just a short distance. This Milwaukee STUD showed what it's made of from the first time I used it. AND the fact that it's imprinted on both top and bottom of the tape make is doubly functional. This Milwaukee STUD will be my "GO TO" measuring tape from now on. I'll be giving away all of the others in my arsenal. Why even bother with 2nd best.

I really like the large print which makes it very easy for me to obtain an accurate measurement without squinting, requiring reading glasses, or second-guessing myself. I also like that it doesn't matter which direction the tape measure is facing- I can still read the numbers. Why large print tape measures are not the norm is beyond me, but I sure am glad that Milwaukee designed this one. This has a permanent home in my toolbox.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good, solid tape measure. It feels well made and durable. The tape, itself, feels good and it should last. The measurements can be read on both sides of the tape, which can be useful at times. I love how easy it is to lock the tape out with my finger. The switch to lock the tape out is buttery smooth. It is noticeably smoother than any other tape measure that I’ve ever used and is a testament to the tape measure’s quality. It is a bulky tape measure, but that probably adds to the durability. The only con that I notice is that the tape doesn’t automatically reel itself in unless it is tilted upward or assisted by hand. That is not a major issue, but it is noticeable after switching directly from my last tape measure. This is truly the best tape measure that I’ve ever owned and I highly recommend it.

It's a very heavy-duty tape and I highly recommend for work or home use. Also, the tape rolls back slowly so there are no worries! BUY IT!!!

It has a hook on the back that way you can clip it to your bag or pants. It has q nice weight behind it. The tape measure won't rip or tear. This is great for projects at home or on the job.

I love the fact that it is easy to use on my own and that the measurement can be read on the front and back of the tape. Plus this tape is very easy to lock and unlock. The only thing I would make note of is that it is kind of big for smaller projects. Excellent product.

The tape is easy to read its double sided,is rip and tear resistant,also has a finger stop to protect the blade retraction .Easy to grip and clip on your belt Will definitely recommend

Broke internally after a week

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 25' Milwaukee Stud measuring tape is a little large and bulky in my hand, but packs a lot of features. The wide tape is easy to read, marked on both sides and even includes a convenient 1/4" & 1/8" scale on the backside. The hook is not magnetized, which I prefer, but others will miss. Milwaukee claims 14' of standout, which may be true if your being very careful, but in reality I get around 11'-12' which is still a good length.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got the Milwaukee stud 25 foot tape measure and it is one of the best I have ever used! It is rip and wear resistant and survives a measure of 80 feet with out dropping!! BEST tape measure I have ever owned...love it!!!!

Fantastic easy to read tape measure. Not sure about the 17' reach but it does go pretty far before folding. Measurements on both sides are a bonus

The fact that there is the stop to aid in retraction is huge as well as the longer length of the tape. If I drop this, I won’t have to worry as I’ve broken a few in the past. Really liking the large print on the blade and that it is two sided! Win, win!’
