Very low quality
I bought that bundle of 25 blades, to save some money, but in the end I'll loose for sure. The weld joint crooked, and you getting 1-2 cuts before it gets broken.

    Will not cut
The blade that can with my saw worked great. It lasted for several projects. I cut all thread and bar stock. When it finally needed to be replaced, I bought these. I replaced the blade and went to cut an all thread. It barely started to cut then it stopped cutting. The teeth were filled in about 10 seconds. I figured that must just be a defective blade. I tried all 3 blades in the pack. Same results.

This review is for Milwuakees 35 3/8 inch 8/10 TPI extreme metal cutting bandsaw blades. We got a 25 pack since we expect to use the tool and blades in a heavy industrial setting. These blades fit the Milwaukee 2629-20 Bandsaw. This is the M18 version with over three inches by three inches cutting capacity. The blades are also available for the 5" FUEL m18 bandsaw, but these are meant for the non FUEL version which is still a tremendous tool. The varying teeth (8 per inch then 10 per inch) are amazing for cutting thick steel. The bigger teeth are aggressive and clean out the cut while the 10tpi keeps the cut stable and controlled. We had no problem cutting through 1/4" steel as well as a 5/8" hardened bolt for a scrap sheer. For cutting conduit, the blades are very smooth and fast. Highly recommend!

The great advantage of these is SPEED! That's partly because they cut fast even through 1/4" thick stainless steel. But you get more time savings because you don't need to change blades to cut different materials. How do they accomplish that? The tooth geometry has BOTH a variable pitch AND variable tooth spacing. I know some people confuse those two terms so I'll explain. "Pitch" refers to the angle of the tooth. In this case there are different angles so some teeth "bite" and others remove material. That gives greater cutting speed with less effort, and the blades last longer because they a less prone to over-heating. TPI stand for Teeth Per Inch. These have different TPI between 8 to 10 TPI. That gives CLEANER cuts especially in thinner materials. Finally, you save more time because you don't have to change blades for each application. It's a good idea and done well.

These blades are invaluable and well worth the investment. If you need a portable band saw the Milwaukee brand are great and their warranty matches any other product out there. Their blades stand up to a lot of cutting. I'd recommend ordering several tooth patterns and several packs because they do wear out and it's important to have some spares and different blades for different tasks.

These blades fit the intermediate size Milwaukee cordless band saws, such as my model 2629, as well as any brand saw that uses a 35-3/8" blade. This 12/14 TPI blade is labeled for use with thin metals. I personally consider it more of for intermediate thickness, still preferring a higher tooth count for my most common usage - thin-wall conduit. Fast, aggressive cuts - goes through material like nobody's business. Pro users can see a significant savings with this bulk 25-blade pack, coupled with the extended life of these Extreme blades. Made in USA, of globally-sourced materials.

Milwaukee makes the best portabands and their blades are fine too. Slap one of these on and you can get back to work with no worries. They are heavy duty just like Milwaukee advertises. I didn't expect closely but these newer blades do cut faster and last longer. I wonder if they have some carbide tips? I really like the 25 pack because with a crew of 15, each man has enough for even heavy industrial projects. Great job Milwaukee!

Although there are other branded blades on the market, Milwaukee's branded blades are the best. They work perfectly with Milwaukee and other branded tools. They cut fast, true, and with no chatter. They last longer than any other blade and retain their sharpness. They are conveniently packed so you can get one blade at a time and additional blades stay protected in the packaging.

I thought I would try out these Milwaukee compact portable band saw blades thick metal extreme metal blades. They were delivered to my house in a sturdy box roughly 17" Long x 10" Width x 6" Height and was packed with plenty of air pouches to protect the item. The band saw blades were in a smaller box 14" x 8" x 1" flat box with a cut-out door on the top of the box so you can take one blade out at a time. The box also had 2 holes at the top of the box so you can hang it from a pegboard in your garage or basement or work truck. The extreme metal blades are very sharp and will cut through anything that's metal or stainless steel this means I don't have to change blades for different metals. Now that's a game changer. The variable pitched teeth design makes a nice clean-cut on the material so no more grinding to smooth out the cut. These Milwaukee blades are my go-to blades for now and the future. I'm so happy they came out with a 25 PK. That should keep me going for a while. The Milwaukee band saw blades are made in the USA so that means 100% quality. If you have a compact band saw you need these blades. 5 stars for this item. I do recommend the Milwaukee extreme metal blades 100% you won't be let down.

I was running low on my Milwaukee compact band saw blades the thin metal extreme metal blades. So I ordered a 25 PK. of the 35-3/8 in. 12/14 TPI thin metal extreme metal blades. They were delivered to my house. In a Milwaukee box. The box was a little beat up, but the blades were in a box too so they were okay. The thing I loved the most about these blades are one blade for All metal thicknesses and they also cut very fast. You also get more cuts and less blade changes. They designed the blades with an aggressive tooth design to cut the metal 2 X faster this is why I love these Milwaukee blades. When you cut the metal you're working on the cut turns out very smooth with no metal burr. Everything I have cut with these blades has no problem cutting through. The blades has approximately close to 500 teeth per blade and the blade is 1/2 in. Wide . I like to mention where they connected the two ends and welded the blades together was Done with precision. Overall Milwaukee makes the best portable bandsaw blades on the market they last a long time. I am a pro contractor and I know from experience so I do recommend these 100%. Your work will be cleaner and you'll start saving money if you purchase these blades. Milwaukee did it again 5 Stars for this product.

An impressive vicious aggressive bite into anything! I used it on steel, stainless steel, and 3/4 inch rebar to name a few. It's industrial and fast! Obviously the cut will be a bit rougher, but when speed through tough metal is necessary it will meet the task. And ... I was finally able to saw through a padlock which had destroyed virtually anything including a bolt cutter. Nice! This blade is INDUSTRIAL to the letter!

Once again a fine quality accessory to make a Milwaukee tool work to the ultimate. The blades did a very nice consistent job of multiple cuts with seemingly little dulling of the blade itself. The weld of the blade blade held very secure and smooth. The performance of the cut was smooth in a number of cuts including a multi angular cut in the aluminum rail from a table saw. First class all the way!

This blade works wonderful for smoother cuts in heavy steel. I used it on 1/8 angle iron and 1/8 box steel, and the cuts were incredibly fast and relatively smooth. Overall, I made a total of 23 various cuts with the blade and there seems to be very minimal dulling of the blade. With the materials against the flat base of the saw, the cuts were surprisingly straight. The blade tracks nicely without wandering off the intended cut.

Great blades in a convenient package. These compact bandsaw blades work for smaller portable bandsaws like the Milwaukee 2629 that I have. The first thing I'll note is that they come in a great package that's frustration free. You just pop open the flap on the side of the box and you can pull out one blade at a time without them all springing out at you. Similarly you can put blades back with little hassle. This specific blade is best for extremely thin metals with a consistent profile. The constant pitch teeth allow for a smoother cut. A good example of that is thin bar stock or sheet metal. Using these on thicker material will just cause the cuts to go more slowly as the gullets fill up. Milwaukee recommends this blade for soft metals (steel/aluminum) less that 5/32" and for hard metals (stainless steel) between 5/32" and 3/16". The blades are well made and the weld joint is ground smooth. I didn't detect any pulsating or other problems as I used it. Durability seems about average for bimetal blades like this. Who is this for: Anyone who does a lot of cutting of consistently extremely thin or hard material with a compact bandsaw like the 2629. Who isn't this for: Anyone who needs a different length blade or who is cutting thick metal.

You just pop open the flap on the side of the box and you can pull out one blade at a time without them all springing out at you. Similarly you can put blades back with little hassle. This specific blade is best for medium thin metals that are oddly shaped. The variable pitch teeth allow for a wider range of thicknesses to cut through. A good example of that is unistrut or scrap metals. The deep gullets will help clear out material. Note that you shouldn't use these blades on extremly thin metal since you should always have at least three teeth in the material at any time to avoid vibration and snags. Poorly made, bad welded joints, break easily
The quality control on these blades are non existent. The welded joints are super bad and the blades constantly jump off the wheels. They also break way too easy. I’m looking for another brand.
