It's great for around the house when doing small projects or repairs. I also use it at work and the battery lasts all day on the job. It's small and fits into many tight areas. It's lighter weight than many other drills (handy being on a ladder) and it's still powerful enough to do what I need it to do. I have used it for drilling into wood and drilling into metal. I haven't drilled into concrete or masonry yet, but I'm confident it can make the small holes I need to set a few bolts.
The little drill is powerful. I used on assembling my kids wood swing set. The Lithium battery held up the whole project from the latter to the deck. Before that I used it on Mounting a electric box on the side of my block house. The hammer drill worked great plenty of hammer power. So four masonry holes and a swing set assembled. Still plenty of power very happy with this drill. I added a video to show how it goes though the block like butter.
Pros: Powerful, Sturdy, Good Size & Weight, Long-Lasting

I have been juggling the M12 impact and DeWalt 20v 1/2" hammer drill for a few years and thanks to this I can leave them both in my truck unless some heavy duty hammer drilling is necessary. For context, I install commercial/residential burglar and fire alarms as well as access control and CCTV systems.

This is my go-to tool when installing small anchors, especially in concrete. The all-metal chuck allows use of any drill bit up to 3/8". If you are looking for a heavy-duty 12v battery tool, consider the Milwaukee SDS-Plus Rotary Hammer.
