Not enough power
I am a flooring contractor and I absolutely love all of Milwaukee’s M18 series power tools. The only power tool I do not care for because it shuts off over heating every time I use it is this M12 Multi Tool. I think if you need it for small projects at home you would be fine. But using it at a job for any excessive cuts I don’t believe you will be happy with it

light duty, drains battery fast
Goes through batteries like crazy, can barely cut into a 2x4, i love most my mikwaukee products, but this is the only one i was ever EXTREMELY dissapointed with, given how often i need this tool. Makes me question whether the m18 version is even worth it!

Never worked
I frankly never could get this to work as it should, it loses prime EVER time I try to use it. I've tried to check on the cartridge, that turned into a holy mess but it was full. It will work for maybe a couple of squirts of grease then it runs and runs with nothing happening. Sticking to manual hand pump grease guns.

Very slow
Very slow cutting simple things. Keeps over amping and quits. I’m not impressed with Milwaukee’s M12 tools, however, I love the M18 tools.

Great when needed
Small, light weight, excellent for working in tight areas. I used this with a lot of cutting oil to cut a 1/2" hardened steel automotive bolt.
Instructions were unclear if you needed to use an adapter with milwaukee blades, I called Milwaukee and you do not

Loses prime
Every time try to use it on my tractor nothing comes out, it loses prime each time. It is a paperweight at this point and time. It was also hard to load a standard grease cartridge in it.

Dont believe the picture!
You do not get the contractor bag that is in the picture of what's included. The tool is great, as expected from Milwaukee, maybe a little overpriced, but a great tool. Home depot needs to take down the picture of what's included if it isnt true.
