I put this grease gun to work within an hour of receiving it. It has exceeded my expectations and actually made greasing my equipment fun.Well as fun as greasing could be. I first used it to grease a loader on a Kubota tractor. Usually greasing the loader is a messy process with a manual grease gun. Trying to hold the grease gun tip on a zerk fitting with one hand while attempting to pump the handle is tough. The Milwaukee grease gun made greasing simple. The tip fit snugly on the zerk fitting with no seepage at whatsoever. I didn't even have to hold the tip on the fitting, but I did. Then simply squeeze the tripper and the grease is pumped out at a very controlled rate. After enough grease is applied/inserted release the trigger and the grease immediately stops flowing. No residual grease flowed out once the trigger is released. That saves a lot of clean up time. The entire process was so easy I ran around greasing everything that had a zerk fitting(s) to include the hubs on 3 duel axel trailers, For me this 12 volt grease gun works fantastic. I just wish I bought it sooner.

Pulling the trigger of this grease gun sure beats operating a lever, or lugging one of those heavier battery units. I love the design and it works better that any I've had, including a pneumatic. I bought it primarily to grease all the fittings on my loader / backhoe and it has cut my time in half! I have been using the 4 AH battery it came with to run my other M 12 tools for the extra oomph it has over the 2 AH battery. Couldn't resist the cliché title:-)

I have 3 JD tractors that need greasing every 10 hours. I complete the task much quicker with less mess with this Milwaukee grease gun. I am pleased with the quality of the tool.

My first tube of grease primed right through, pumped grease into zerks that would have been trouble for a regular gun. It works great !the second tube wouldn't prime, but it was my fault; after reading the instructions on priming, it primed just fine(put in the tube of grease, with the handle extended and locked, put pressure against the grease while pushing the prime button, works great)I love this gun, but I just purchased the two speed Millwakee, I use both now. The two speed allows me to put out more volume, like when covering a fifth wheel , I like this one better for crawling in tight spaces, it is smaller and lighter. Over all, I really recommend the M-12

this is my 2nd Milwaukee grease gun and I'm very happy with the tool. it is very easy to operate and the battery seems to last forever.

I received this product very quickly. I ordered it in the store, and it was shipped to my home. This gun has turned out to be very difficult to prime so far. After putting grease in it, I held the trigger down for a long time and nothing. I used the bleed button at the end and nothing. I took the gun apart and put it back together, and left the hose off. I finally got grease to come out the end. I put the hose back on and attempted to grease my mower deck. I couldn't tell if grease was going into the fitting or not. I had spent about an hour on it at this point. A couple of days later I went to grease my backhoe, and no grease would come out. So I still don't have it primed evidently. If I ever get it primed, then my rating may go up, but for now, I can't give it very high marks.

It has as much power as some other 18 volt guns. 12 volt is lighter. Built in feet help to keep the motor, trigger, and battery out of dirt and dust. 30 min. charger is great. We can grease the entire plant with plenty of battery life to spare.

Although there where some issue getting the product in my hands. The grease gun has functioned excellent. I use it for a tractor, backhoe and loader it makes very short work of greasing all the fittings required. the ones that are hard to get to is where the milwaukee realy pays off.

works great. Its a little pricy but i got so it would interchange with my other tool batteries

This is a very good product and would recommend this to anyone that wants to get a battery operated grease gun it's very easy to use and very durable mine get beat around under tractors trucks cars in bed a vehicals and ran over and it still works it is easy to see how much grease I'd left and very easy to Change when the. Tube runs out

I got this for my husband for Christmas. He is very happy with the quality of this cordless grease gun. It is sturdy and convenient to use. I ordered it very late notice for Christmas delivery and it still arrived in plenty of time. I'd recommend this product to anyone looking for a good quality, durable, convenient to use grease gun.

Does my greasing job alot easier than pumping the old grease gun in the field.

For the money I should be able to pump a cartridge of grease without having to bleed it 2 or 3 times I like the design but Lincoln makes one that actually works all the time

I own a small lawn care business.I use this grease gun quite often for zero turn machines, tractors, mower decks ect. So far it has held up really well. I used it a little over a month and the battery still doesn`t need charged. I like how it sits on 4 legs instead of on its side.I also like the charge indicator.Well worth the money.

so easy to use , can sit it on ground and grease my tractor only have to move it once or twice, love the long hose dont have to crawl under my equipment with rag in one hand gun in the other.

Haven't used a lot yet, but so far has almost made greasing a small bulldozer and a tractor/loader/backhoe a pleasure rather than a disliked chore. I have to agree with some comments that a hard case with enough space for a couple extra grease tubes would have been more desirable than the soft case it comes with. As for the comments of it being loud; I don't find it any worse than any other power tool. Excuse me now, I have to go out to the field and grease the tractor.

This goes for all those who gave the grease gun a lesser review due to priming. I want to say if u knew how to lubricate priming is the first thing u have to do with any grease gun even the manual ones, so please!!! I want to say to all viewing this message. I work on airplanes and this has made my life 900% better. Thanx Milwaukee. ;)

Overall it is a great grease gun. It is difficult to prime but once it works great. Charges fast and has become a valuable tool in the shop.

once you get grease gun primed, it does an excellent job.However, the plunger won't go thru a grease tube so you have to push grease into container w/o carton. Then you have to remove flex line to prime it. The directions say to push air out which helps but doesn't prime it
