Great tool, lot of power for tough jobs

I have been a Dewalt fan since I was a teenager but I’ve used every brand out there. I own all Dewalt power tools and use them every single day but I had recently purchased two M18 battery impacts to use for changing tires on my big trucks. Until then I had never found an impact to take the lugs off of myF350 dump truck or my F250 Powerstroke, and I was extremely surprised when I didn’t even have to use the highest setting with the M18 to do so. I got a new employee last week, so I passed down a few of my old Dewalts and bought this set. They might be a little strong for using on appliances, but they also remove stuck agitator bolts that my Dewalts couldn’t budge. They are definitely pricey, but at the end of the day, you pay for what you get. It turns a 1 inch worm bit for electrical house wiring with ease. The charger work on 12 and 20 volt batteries. Great addition to my 12v Millwaukee set.

Tools work as expected.

I've owned a few Milwaukee tools over the years and have always been satisfied. I last purchased a Milwaukee corded drill in 1997, and figured I'd wait until it wore out before purchasing a battery operated one. Fast forward to 2022, and the drill is still working great - so I decided to give myself a Christmas present by purchasing the hammer drill/impact combo. I am very pleased with the tools thus far. I replaced about half of my deckboards and the drill worked flawlessly. I secured about a 12X12 section with 1 1/4-inch deck screws, and the drill never gave out of strength - torque is good; even the 2-amp hour battery lasted several hours - I expect the 4-amp hour battery to have double the gas in the tank. I fully believe this unit will last 25 years plus as well!

Nope!! Didn’t realize the impact driver didn’t have reduction in torque settings like my other one!! No 1,2,and 3 on it!!

A good value for heavy duty tools. Having two different size batteries is a plus. The drill/driver is a bit heavy, but I can deal with that. I haven't used the tools long enough to evaluate battery life. I would have given 5 stars, but for the cheezy bag that is included. A hard case would have been much better (Milwaukee makes one).

The drill works like I wanted

I have had pretty good luck with this brand. But the hammer drill chuck is already starting to sieze up from time to time. I've only had it about a month

Bought this at to put up curtains and other little jobs around the housr and it has definitely helped me get them done. Got sturdy quality and high torque, really nice for house or work related jobs. My husband takes one to work with him 🙄 lol. Worth every penny.

I have been changing all my tools over to Milwaukee and this set is definitely a disappointment in performance. the lack of control on the impact driver, how it cuts out when I'm use poor led light strength and placement. The drill has the same issue with the light but other than that works as a drill should. you also can not go back and edit my review.

Drill has unbelievable torque and the shut off by over-rotation angle is excellent.

Excellent. You can feel the quality

Bought this kit on sale. It came with a charger and 2 batteries. Hammer drill has a lot of power for its size. My only complaint is the impact driver doesn’t have a variable speed trigger. It’s very powerful for its size, you just need to adapt to throttle control so you don’t strip out screws and bits. Overall I highly recommend this kit. 5 stars
