Great battery grinder
Worked very well cutting metal angle iron with cut off wheel & tuck pointing cinder block with diamond blade. Used Milwaukee's cutting dust shroud# 49-40-6110 during the tuck pointing, which fit & worked well too. So far its been a great tool to handle & work with.

Better than DeWalt
Another quality tool from Milwaukee. I had the DeWalt version before but this one seems much more balanced and sturdy. Smooth operation. I prefer this over any others I've ever owned.

Plastic guard falls off
Tools OK. The plastic guard on the wheel cover is useless. Falls off all the time.

Please make sure your Guard Lock Lever is on. 2. Press in the guard lock lever and rotate the guard to line up the tabs on the grinder with the slots in the guard. Then press in the lock lever and lift the guard straight up and away from the tool. You can find additional information on our Operator's Manual online. - The Social Team

Love the slide switch over the paddle switch. Much easier to use with two hands free to place anywhere on the grinder
