I used it once sanding a piece of plywood and managed to drain a 6.0. Then I put in another 6.0 and kept going, it didn't drain it completely, it overheated and stopped with the LEDs on, the battery itself was NOT overheated. I didn't notice, so I moved to my 12.0, it stopped after about 5 seconds. I let everything cool for almost 2 hours, and now I can go about 30-40 seconds before it overheats and stops (not a sensor issue, felt hot around the motor). I ended up returning. Dud? Try again?

This sander will does not have a good battery life. M18 2amp will last about 2-3 min. A 6amp will last around 5-7 and a 12 amp will get you about 10-12min. Go with a corded model or you will be frustrated.

The batteries that Milwaukee makes are by far the best I have ever used.

So far so good. You need these for grinders and hi draw tools. The 5amp ones work well, but have to change out often

I used this to refinish a 1960s hardwood floor. It worked great at taking the old finish off. When attached to a vacuum, there was very little dust. I would recommend having two or three batteries to rotate through, as this does go through batteries fairly quickly.

This saw works well. I will still use my corded saw for the heavy work but for lighter duty tasks it works good. It seems fairly balanced and not too heavy (depending on battery size). It doesn’t have the grunt of a corded worm drive skilsaw but it does work well for what it is.

Best cordless circular saw made in my opinion.

I’ve used these batteries as upgrades to my lawn mower, they are much more durable than any other 18 Volt Batteries. I purchased the mower as a tool only, and was thankfully able to add the batteries while they were on sale, so I didn’t spent more than the original full price item would have cost.

Great tool and gets the job done!!
