A bit on the heavy side, but the strap helps balance it. String trimmer works well. Wish it had a guide wheel so you could run it along a curb without having the head touch but not a deal breaker. Brush cutter looks well made but I haven’t had a chance to test it out yet. The tool head is very powerful so I expect no issues with the brush cutter. Charger worked quickly.

Already own several Milwaukee tools, waited too long to add this one.

My first weedeater purchase in over 30 years and it did not disappoint. It’s heavier than I expected and didn’t come with a strap so pick one of those up as well.

Had a vibration & handle to long

In the spirit of fine tools from Milwaukee Tool, this trimmer unit is quite powerful, quiet, and performs as expected. Love the trim line refilling process which is very easy. Worth the investment!

Great product. Pretty close to gas. Also the control is variable so power and speed can be feathered with the trigger for better performance.

I have only used it a few times so far, but I love it. More than enough power than I need, good battery life so far, and got it on sale. No regrets yet!

They both work great

fires right up. plenty of power, even on tortoise mode.

I bought the Milwaukee string trimmer and was excited not to have to worry about carburetors again. I used it twice and it broke. I’m extremely disappointed. I thought I was buying a high quality product, I was wrong. Do not waste your money.

Bought 1 in May. It overheated at 6 wks. The unit overheated to the point I can’t get the battery off. Writing to customer support was no good as they kept saying I needed to detach the battery & send in the unit. Called & got someone in tech. They are sending me a replacement. 2 wks later I called to get a status. Was told it was on backorder & they didn’t know when they’d ship it (my guess is spring next yr). Bought another one. It overheated after just 20 minutes Considering another brand.

This product was recommended to us by our son, who is an engineer, and uses Milwaukee products both at work and at home. He’s crazy about them. It’s new to us, but so far, so good.

They drain my 3 8.0 batterys to fast wish blower and weed eater Fred 2 batteries.
