Excellent jacket. Did not need to use the heat function much this winter. The heat function is not going to cook you out, it just gives you an added warm layer.

I work in a mostly cold environment year round. This thing works! It looks good and keeps you warm. The only minor draw back is the battery, it’s a bit bulky. However it not terrible. Especially handy if you have m12 tools already. Pro tip: order a size smaller than you’d normally wear. Also, the charger that comes with it is very useful too while traveling.

Purchased 3 coats in 2 days the last 1 I picked up was opened and the charging cord was missing. I took it back within 10 minutes asking to swap out battery pack for a new one because it was open and missing cord. The cashier told me no and said I could either take the cord from another box or return the entire coat. I wanted the coat so I kept it against my better judgement the coat worked for maybe 20 minutes and the battery will not charge. Extremely dissatisfied with the and am returning the coat entirely, I will get one elsewhere as Home Depot would rather lose a $200 sale than do what’s right by customers as many reviews state the same issue

Does not heat up very well. It's heavy. In order to feel the heat you have to be pushing up against the back or front of the jacket.

I bought this for my husband who works outside And just needed a little extra warmth. it is an amazing product and he loves it! With a different settings, it makes it work for everyone. He liked them so much. He bought them for all of his employees that help him with installs I highly recommend.

Very convenient that you can plug it into a normal Milwaukee charger or a USB. Pus you can run a USB out of it in a pinch. Great jacket even if it didn’t have the heat elements.

My husband was very excited to finally have this jacket as he works outside in the cold a lot. He likes the jacket as far as fit and how it heats, but it drains batteries. Even when it isn’t turned on, it uses the battery apparently. My husband fully charged 2 batteries, connected them to the jacket, left it off all day and when he checked his battery life it was on 2 bars. He tested it again with different batteries to be sure and the same thing happened to every time.
