These are really high quality bits. I have been really impressed with the whole Milwaukee shockwave product line and these #2 Phillips bits don’t disappoint. The bit sits the screw head really well and don’t slip even with an impact driver - not as good as a star drive but that’s not a knock on the quality of these Phillips driver bits. So far the wear is barely noticeable but I’ve only driven 10 screws. Good product!

I find these Milwaukee SHOCKWAVE to hold up well. I have been searching for Philips bits that would grip the screw and not strip out the head even on soft screws: these bits fit the bill. I used these for screwing the door and drawer pulls on our new kitchen cabinets. The screws used on kitchen cabinet pulls or notoriously soft and the heads strip out super easy. The Milwaukee Shockwave bits did a great job even on these soft screws. I also used them in my shop with numerous brands and sizes of drywall screws: I am quite pleased with their performance. Every DIYer deserves good screwdriver bits; the Milwaukee SHOCKWAVE 2 in. Philips #2 Impact Duty Alloy Steel Screwdriver Bit meets that need.

Great quality impact drill bits from Milwaukee. This is a two-pack, but I'm not sure when I am ever going to need to break into the second bit. High quality to be sure. These lock in to screws and wont chip or stretch. Using either my Milwaukee power drill, or a simpler Ryobi battery operated impact driver, these bits work wonderfully. No issues at all. Nice to have one for each drill I suppose. Should last a long time.

It is nice to have the option of buying just 2 bits for a specific project or if you want to try a new line of products and not having to buy a complete pre-made set with many different tips. I like the Shockwave precision Phillips Head edges on this bit. It seats nicely into the screwhead without any wiggle. The bits are clearly labeled at the end of the bit shaft, making it easy to pick the right bit when it is mixed in with other sizes. When working with recessed surfaces or countersinking a screw, I prefer the 2-inch bits when compared to the 1-inch bits, they give me clearance from the Chuck Body and Jaws. The 2-inch bit sticks out 1.375 inches from the chuck jaws. (See image Below) When you purchase Milwaukee products you have an expectation that the products will be well made and work as expected. These bits worked extremely well. I used a tool magnetizer to make my bits magnetic for holding screws. I find this is a better solution when compared to using a magnetic bit tip holder.

The Milwaukee Shockwave Impact Duty 2 inch Phillips #2 Alloy Steel Screw Driver Bit (2-pack) is another quality product from this manufacturer. The Phillips driver bits have an opotimized Shockzone for each tip type and length of driver bit to absorb peak torque and prevent breaking. This critically important feature is most useful when used for a longer-termed projects. It works exactly like described in the company literature.

MILWAUKEE SHOCKWAVE IMPACT DUTY 2 IN. PHILLIPS #2 ALLOY STEEL SCREW DRIVER BIT (2-PACK) - These bits fit my drill and impact driver chucks and hold tight. They engage screw heads securely and do not tend to slip out as some other "bargain" brands do. I would highly recommend them if you have a lot of screws to drive and want to do so without any troubles.

1st of all I've got to say that I can't say much about these except that they are made well and very durable. After getting them I realized that I don't have any screws that they fit. I did put it in the drill And went to try it out just to realize they fit bigger screws. So that being said... This isn't much of a review on the actual performance of the product.. Just the quality which I found to be very good.

Another excellent Phillips head screwdriver bit. I do woodworking including holiday decorations that occasionally require smaller hidden screws. I recently rebuilt a snowman and decidedly to use a few screws to tighten a few lose pieces. The Milwaukee PH1 fit tight in the drill and tight in the screw head. The screws went in tight and clean, without any stripping. The fit was tight and it felt like I had more control. These bits, like all the Milwaukee bits I own, have a six sided shift that holds firmly in the drill collar. They also have the size clearly printed on them, something I wish all bits and screwdrivers had. The PH1 (Phillips #1) is considered a medium Phillips bit. I think it's more for smaller size screws. Great addition to my screwdriver bit collection

Excellent phillips head screwdriver bit. I do a lot of woodworking including larger projects. I just built a new workbench and my old PH2 bit that came with my drill was stripping the screwheads, it has been used a lot and is just worn out. So I got the Milwaukee PH1 and PH2 bits. I mostly used the PH2 on 2 inch to 4 inch screws and it is great. Not one screwhead got stripped. The fit was tight and it felt like I could and did use more force. These bits, like all the Milwaukee bits I own, have a six sided shift that holds firmly in the drill collar. They also have the size printed on them, something I wish all bits and screwdrivers had. The PH2 (Phillips #2) is considered a large Phillips bit. Not sure why, to me it's my go to regular size. The PH1 is a medium Phillips bit. I think it's on the small size. Great addition to my driver collection.

The Milwaukee Shockwave Impact Duty 3 1/2 inch Phillips #1 Alloy Steel Screwdriver Bits are amazing. Over the years I have worn down and chipped numerous phillips driver bits working on various projects. I never even considered using them in my impact drill. These Shockwave bits are amazing. The bits durability and impact driver option really makes shorter work of projects. I'm planning on filling out the rest of my set with these Milwaukee Shockwave driver bits.

Milwaukee Tools delivers again with their Impact Duty Phillips PH-3 two inch bits. Over the years I have worn down and chipped numerous phillips driver bits. These were a refreshing change to those breaks. I used them to drive short decking screws into 4x4 pressure treated fence post caps that the squirrels kept knocking off. The bit looks like new still. Going to get more kinds of these Milwaukee drivers for sure.

Durable bits in a great length. The #2 square drive is great for driving the set screws in electrical conduit fittings and other 1/4" screws. I used this bit most recently to drive 2" stainless steel screws for the toe kicks on my new deck. The bit held up well after driving over 100 screws with no strip outs. Also combined the bit with an extension to get at some hard to reach places. I haven't even needed to break out the second bit. The size and type are clearly marked on the shank for easy identification.

This is a great drill bit, I highly recommend it. The magnetic tip works great. It is my favorite part. You don’t have to worry about dropping your screws. The tip doesn’t strip as fast as other bits I have used. It works great with my kreg screws. The bit it long enough to use with certain size pocket holes. I usually use the bit with an impact driver, but you can also use them with a regular drill.

Milwaukee does it again, with the SHOCKWAVE 2 in.long Philips #3 Impact Duty Screwdriver Bit. These are quality bits that will help me get the job done. They fit in a 1/4" impact driver and a standard drill/driver. However, they're not compatible with my hand impact driver. I will be getting more of these bits, but not as frequently because they are built to last.

I was evaluating the Milwaukee 3-1/2” #2 Phillips screwdriver bit. This strong bit is designed for a quick-release driver. I used my Klein BAT20-CD Impact Driver with the Milwaukee #2 phillips screwdriver bit. The bit is made of an alloy that proves to be much stronger than the screws I was using. The bit was a very good fit with the screw head. I was mounting two ¾” x 6” steel straps to a 4x4 pressure treated, wolmanized post. I used #12 x 2” wood screws as well as a few deck screws to show the fit. I pre-drilled all 8 holes using 1/8” drill bits to assure I had a good starting point. I fully installed the first 4 screws then first 4 screws went in without much effort while the other 4 took advantage of the impact feature. The movie file and photos show that the screwdriver bit wasn’t damaged by the Impact Drivers attempt to seat the screws. The screws had slight damage.

As a furniture builder, I have undergone some changes over the years. One of these is my use of pocket hole systems wherever possible. They are fast, efficient and secure. These systems are generally fastened with number 2 square drive screws, which are among the best head styles on the market. Still, when driving hundreds, or thousands of screws, the driver heads do wear out. For a great fit over time and minimal wear, these bits are perfect. The hard steel tips last far better than those from most competitors, while the shafts are forgiving under stress and will not snap. For anyone who uses square drive screws, I strongly suggest that you try these. They will be your driver of choice for years to come.

I recently have had remodel work done on my kitchen cabinets. The company that did the work used Square #2 screws to build and place the new cabinets. I was very impressed with how well they hold and there really is pretty much no way to strip the screw head unlike when using Phillip screws. I had the need to make some minor adjustments to the cabinets so I needed a Square #2 bit for my drill. Having used Milwaukee tools over the years and very satisfied with their durability and quality I picked up a pack of the MILWAUKEESHOCKWAVE 2 in. Square 2 Impact Duty Bit 2-Pack. Bits are high quality and worked really great loosing and then tightening the screws I needed to move. I now plan on keeping Square #2 screws on hand for future DIY projects where I need to join wood together or mount it. My 2 new bits are now in my drill case!

I received the 3-1/2 in no. 2 Phillips Shockwave bits in good condition. They fit well into the chuck of a couple of different drivers I have. The fit of the bit into a number two screw is good. I drove a 3 inch screw into a combination of plywood and MDF using the hammer mode and the bit had no problems. Time will tell how long it lasts. These bits are made in China.

Milwaukee Shockwave Impact Duty Square Drive #2 (SQ2) 3-1/2" long, 2-pack, part number 48-32-4672 is advertised to last 50X longer than non-shockwave square drive bits. It is tough to tell if Milwaukee is refering to the tip or the entire bit itself. It has the standard 1/4" hex drive end for impact drivers and drill/drivers. The Shock Zone absorbs peak torque and prevents breakage per the back of the packaging. It is a good driver bit, almost long enough for shallow pocket hole screws and extends the distance for hard to reach square drive screws. Won't be able to find out if it lasts 50X longer as I will most likely lose it and will not be performing any comparative testing. Definitely recommend this bit.

Ok, we all know that impact driver bits wear out, if we don't lose them. I think of them as a consumable item in the shop. As a consumable it's always a good idea to have extras available. These Milwaukee Shockwave bits worked well for me when I tested one in my impact driver. For most of us home shop guys the #2 Phillips is probably our most commonly used bit. When I did my unscientific comparison to another brand I didn't notice any difference. What I can tell is they work. Maybe the bright red color will make them easier to keep track of.

This review is for the 3.5 in Milwaukee driver tips. Exceptionally strong for the size. Tight fit and the screw did not strip the head. Convient and easy to use. Can be used on any make drill. They even fit my electric screwdriver for lighter jobs. They are a good and convenient length as well. I would highly recommend them to any do it yourselfer.

The Milwaukee Shockwave 3 1/2 inch #3 Phillips bit holds tight when driving screws. This bit fits snugly in the screw socket which prevents damage and stripping the screw. Typically most screws are stripped from worn bits that slip. The Milwaukee bit is made from a hardened custom alloy steel which prevents wear and therefore damage to the screw socket. This bit also has a magnetic tip that holds the screw in place while you drive it. These bits are very strong and durable.

Received a pair of Milwaukee shockwave 2 in. Phillips #2 impact bits. As with all the Milwaukee products I have these are very well made and will stand up over time, they state that they have 50X the life of normal bits. They are their shockwave impact bits so driving in screws with a regular or hammer drill is no problem. Not a complaint but they could have saved some postage, it was packed in a huge box in comparison to the 2 Phillips bits. But do not let that stop you from getting these shockwave bits, you will not be sorry you did.

Impressive Bits These American made Milwaukee PH2 bits are professional grade by any measure. They are strong and will last a long time. I was looking for quality bits for my impact driver because the previous bits would not last very long. It’s always better to spend a little more money for quality that will last. I am very pleased with the performance that I am getting from these PH2 bits.

The MILWAUKEE SHOCKWAVE IMPACT DUTY 2 IN. PHILLIPS #2 ALLOY STEEL SCREW DRIVER BIT (2-PACK) is a good, dependable, screwdriver bit set. The shoulders of the bit are shapped to reduce the chance of caming screws. The two-inch length is handy for reaching hard to reach screws. The shockwave feature helps absorb some torque, reducing the chance of snapping the screw. And, the standardized sizing allows the bit to fit into various holders when not in use.

In my experience, the tips wore out in a single day, and I observed bit wobble (bent). I tried driving self tapping SS screws for a project, as well as another job assembling wooden furniture. They shattered during the furniture job. I only had 2 bits. Buy in a larger quantity, just in case, because they seem to vary in amount of wobble. The tips do fit the fasteners very well. Overall, this was disappointing. I just wanted to get through at least one large project!

Whether I'm working on an old car, or old piece of furniture, I sometimes run into square socket screws, so I picked these up. I find it appealing that this two pack uses a special alloy on the tip that they claim will last up to 50 times longer than normal. Since they come two in the pack, I should never have to replace them. Since they have 1/4" hex drive, I can use them in my cordless drill or with a 1/4" socket and ratchet.

You can never have enough #2 phillips head bits if you ask me. These have the standard bit base that you can interchange them quickly with a twist of your drill/driver chuck. I had no problems driving screws in with these bits. They'll drive them below the surface of the wood you're installing without skipping off the grooves. They seem to be well-made and I expect them to last a long time. Perfect size for driving screws in between joists.

These are great for installing deck screws. Often, deck screws with the square tip will come with a tiny bit that you have to either fit in your drill/driver chuck or into a bit holder. These are long enough to be used on their own. You get a positive grip on the screw head and it is able to drive the screws home with no problem, even burying the head under the surface of the wood or composite decking you're installing. Nice that they fit in the chuck with the same size bit base as the rest of my bits, so switching bits is easy.
