Tip of the bit started twisting after less than 20 screws. Maybe that is the design, but I was disappointed.

point twisted
I owned this 2 pack for all of 2 days. First day the tip of the bit twisted. I turned down the torque on my drill. 2nd day the same thing: twisted tip. This was not due to abuse. Did not even notice when it happened, except couldn't drive the next screw. Compare this to the single GRK bit I used for the last 3 months, on the same project. The metal is just not hard enough.

    Bits did not last
I was removing deck screws from composite decking attached to treated pine joists using an impact Bosch driver. Of the five bits that I purchased the tip broke off of four of them and the fifth one became unusable after removing around ten screws. The project is still not completed.

      Absolutely the worst
These are the worst bits I've ever used. Milwaukee should be ashamed. Both bit end twisted driving screws into soft southern pine 2 x 4's. These two bits drove a total of 6 screws. Fifty times life my butt. Don't waste your money.

Many many moons ago, there was only Phillips and Slotted for our choices with fasteners. Since the invention of this type of bit, you have more control than ever before in regards to pressure of force on the actual fastener. No more standing on the drill so that the bit does not tear out the head of the fastener. The actual length of these drivers, I find works well with most jobs at hand. For extra reach, I always keep an extender at hand. The coating on the bit itself, keeps rust and corrosion at bay for a long time. I find that if you pay attention when inserting the bit into the driver head, making sure that it bottoms out, creating reduced wear on the tip, therefore prolonging it's useful life.

Wear guard tips last Received item in good condition. The wear guard tips last quite a while. I have driven hundreds of screws before installing a new one. The bits lock into my impact nicely, easy to change. If you use a drill motor, they are equally easy to use. I prefer the Milwaukee wear tips after months of abuse, they hold up better than most brands. Its easy to damage one if you don't hold or place the bits correctly. This is user error, not the company's fault. Make sure to pull your hands away after starting, it's easy to slip off and punch a hole in the wood or worse yet your finger.

MILWAUKEE SHOCKWAVE IMPACT DUTY 3-1/2 IN. T25 TORX ALLOY STEEL SCREW DRIVER BIT (2-PACK) These Milwaukee torx bits are very strong, and drive with no vibration or wobble. I drove 4 inch screws with no problem, or slipping. The 3 1/2 inch extension on these bits are also very handy, it allows you to get into reach situations you could not with the short ordinary bits. I was very impressed with these bits, and will continue to buy and use.

The Milwaukee Shock Wave 3-1/2 inch Torx T30 Screwdriver Bit comes in a package of two bits. I prefer bits in the 3 1/2 inch length for most of my work, but of course I will use shorter ones for tight areas. The bits are very sturdy, fit into the screws very firmly, and are very reasonably priced. They are for a larger screw but the Milwaukee bits work well regardless of the size.

The Milwaukee Shock Wave 3-1/2 inch Torx T15 Screwdriver Bit is a sturdy bit. I prefer bits in the 3 1/2 inch length for most of my work, of course I will use shorter ones for tight areas. The bit fits a T15 screw very securely with no slop and resists the bit rounding off if you aren't quite fully locked in. The wrap around the shaft was a bit loose but it didn't affect the bit. The next time I need to buy a screw driver bit, I will look at Milwaukee first.

I didn’t get into anything too heavy with these bits like repetitive screw driving. I sunk a few 5” T-15 trim head screws for a gate mounting block on my garage with the impact and I used it in a regular drill while putting my shutters back up after painting them recently. I didn’t encounter any slippage, stripping, or cam out of the bit tip during any activity. With deeper trim head screws there’s pretty much no deflection and the bit fits in tight with no wobble. The pan head style I used for the shutters seemed to have a lot more play, but I didn’t have any issues with slipping or stripping heads either. I like the extra length of the bits the best since most standard 1”- 1-1/2” bits can’t get to recessed screws. I drove at least 50 screws and the tip isn’t even marred up yet, so these should last a while.

These 3 inch Milwaukee Shockwave impact duty T25 Impact bits worked better than I expected. I decided to open up this new package even though I had an older T25 bit that never gave me problems. I compared the quality and efficiency of my two bits upon my daughter's old bed which I needed to disassemble. The Milwaukee bits felt smoother removing the screws in addition the bit head felt more snug and did not once slip out of the screw. I did like the longer size of these bits as it made it easier to reach a couple of screws. I put one bit in my drill bag and keep the other on my work bench at home

As an avid woodworker and DIY guy I have tried a lot of different screwdriver bits over the years, hands down these Milwaukee Shockwaves are some of the longest lasting toughest bits I've been able to find. For most projects I find the longer 3 1/2in length is more useful than the shorter bits and better than dealing with the magnetic bit holder that constantly results in bits coming out when they got too much bite in the screw.

It is nice to have the option of buying just 2 bits for a specific project or if you want to try a new line of products and not having to buy a complete pre-made set with many different tips. I like the Shockwave precision Torx edges on this bit. It seats nicely into the screwhead without any wiggle. The bits are clearly labeled at the end of the bit shaft, making it easy to pick the right bit when it is mixed in with other sizes. When working with recessed surfaces or countersinking a screw, I prefer working with 2-inch long bits, they give me clearance from the Chuck Body and Jaws. So, I thought I would try this 3.5-inch bit to see how I liked the feel of the distance from the drill chuck to the screw head. The Torx bit extends 2.75 inches from the chuck jaws. (See image Below) When working with 2 inch or 2.5 inch deck screws, I felt a little uneasy about how much pressure I could put on the drill. I was worried about the bit and screw buckling at the start of the process. The length of the bit and screw combination is something I don’t typically work with. I used a tool magnetizer to make my bits magnetic for holding screws. I find this is a better solution when compared to using a magnetic bit tip holder. I had no issues with the bit quality. When you purchase Milwaukee products you have an expectation that the products will be well made and work as expected.

This pair of T30 driver bits by Milwaukee were built to last. You don’t realize how cheap some of the other bits are until you use these, seriously. The shock zone absorbs torque and prevents breaking or twisting, laser hardened tip provides increased longevity and my fav, laser etched bit size for easy identification. So easy to find when labels are clear. Also I do enjoy that the bit is magnetic.

I like Milwaukee tools, they hold up well, and these bits are no exception. The hex design allows me to use them in my cordless drill, or with a ratchet and 1/4" socket. The 3 1/2" length gives a good reach, but if I need a longer reach, I just use the ratchet and socket with as many extensions a needed. The special alloy is supposed to give 50x the normal bit life, so I doubt I'll ever need to replace them.

My old TORX screwdrivers are at best ok, but these hex drive bits are my new go to for every job. They easily fit in my cordless drill, and when I get a bolt that is really tight, I can get out my ratchet and 1/4" socket to budge everything I've come across so far. They say the custom alloy gives them 50x the life of standard bits, so the two of them will probably last longer than I do.

When I run into Torx head fasteners, they can really be stuck on tight, so I decided to update my screwdriver handle torx tools with these hex drive bits. This way I can use the speed of my cordless drill, or if the bolt is really stuck, I can use my 1/4" ratchet and a 1/4" socket. These bits are made of a custom alloy which is supposed to out last a standard bit by 50x. If that's the case, I should be set for life.

This a two-pack of T-25 drivers on a 3-1/2 inch shank. The red color break makes them easy to find in my bit storage. They are accurately manufactured and anchor quite tightly with sharply manufactured screws, even the coated ones for outdoors. I’ve had this style Milwaukee driver in the number two Phillips for several years and these drivers last a really long time.

This may be the last two T30 buts you may need to purchase...unless you loss them! As usual Milwaukee leads the pack when it comes to quality tools and accessories. These shockwave bits are ready for you impact guns and come equipped with the wear guard tip and extended shock zone that increases your torque. The 3 1/2 inch length is perfect and gets rid of the need to use an adaptor or extender just for simple jobs. Highly recommend. I will be adding other 3 1/2 buts to my bit box.

Excellent driver for the smaller Torx or star shaped screws. The package indicates 50x life use. I have not had it long enough to tell how long it will last, but my experience with Milwaukee screwdriver bits is positive so it should last. The 2 inch length is my preferred size for regular work, especial on smaller screws. These bits have a six sided shift that holds firmly in the collar. They also have the size printed on them, something I wish all bits and screwdrivers had. I got use to using Torx on deck screws using the provided small bit. This bit is long enough that you can tighten it in the drill with minimal effect. Star shaped screws are becoming a lot more common because of the better grip and less likelihood of stripping them or damaging them. So it was time to get some serious Tork drivers. The package says Shockwave impact duty. This is for a small head not sure if I will every use impact driver, but based on using their other larger size drivers identified as impact duty I feel safe expecting these to last a long time. Excellent screwdriver bit. Glad I have it.

The Milwaukee Shockwave Impact Duty 3 1/2 inch T30 Torx Alloy Steel Screwdriver Bits are phenominal. Over the years I have worn down and chipped numerous Torx driver bits working on various projects. I couldn't even consider using them in my impact drill. These Shockwave bits are amazing. I wish I'd had them a few years ago while working on my kids wooden swingset. The bits durability and impact driver option really makes short work of things. I'm going to be getting more of these to replace my existing driver sets.

Great for large diameter screw in decking. I also used this size to make adjustments on my table saw. This length works well for most driving needs. Combined it with an extension to reach really deep locations. Flutes are heavy duty and the fit is good so that you don't strip out the screw heads. Works well with and impact drive to sink screws in one shot. Size and type are etched into the shank and don't show any wear despite frequent and heavy duty use.

Great for driving larger diameter screws. This is another bit I magnetized in order to keep screws attached to the bit when first starting the screw even though they are a pretty tight fit without being magnetized. The flutes seem to hold up well to a lot of driving without striping out the screw heads. Still on my first bit from the two pack! Size and type are laser etched into the shank for easy identification when in the same container with other bits..

Great size for small screws encountered on electronics projects. Probably best used with a hand driver since screws this small can easily strip out the holes in plastics and wood. I magnetized one of the bits so that screws would not fall off the bit when needing to screw in to horizontal locations. This length is quite useful for most work, not too long or too short. Although this is a small bit, the flutes seem to be holding up well.

Again, opened our old toolbox and decided to add another item to our collection, so we went to the HOME DEPOT web-site and found this MILWAUKEE 3.5" t15 TORX SHOCKWAVE ALLOY STEEL SCREW DRIVER BIT (which comes in a 2-pack); as we all know MILWAUKEE tools are well-made, high-quality tools, and, even though this is made in China, it still bears that MILWAUKEE product quality; 3.5" is a good length and has guard protection, which fits over the bit, and will help extend the life of the bit; also the "optimized shock zone" absorbs torque which prevents breakage, which is a plus, and which should outlast lower-quality bits - so, in the long run, "more bang for your buck" - overall, this MILWAUKEE SCREW DRIVER BIT is fully functional and should meet most everyone's needs - for a T15 bit

Sturdy and hardwearing, I have always purchased Milwaukee Torx impact bits as they generally last a lot longer than the competition. These 3 1/2 inch versions are great at getting into tighter spaces and fit easily into my impact drive and drill/driver tools. The tip is hardened which means that they are less likely to crack after a few uses, a bonus as I was completing two bigger projects in building a deck or pergola. Both were far easier to complete with these bits.
