It really started getting cold and my wife came running in and said "I really love this vest!" I had received the Milwaukee heated jacket as a gift a couple of years ago and really liked it. So I picked up a jacket and this vest for my wife. Its clear Milwaukee did their homework when designing a women's product. My wife loves the way this vest fits and the fact that its not bulky. She spends a lot of time working outdoors and really likes the three heat settings. So far this vest is really holding up to everyday farm chores. She can stay warm and still move freely. The charger that came with the vest is the same charger that comes with M-12 tools. I have a lot of Milwaukee tools and therefore have chargers galore. If there were one improvement I would make to this vest, it would be to include the same style charger that came with the jacket, with the vest. No need for a counter-top charger. The battery simply fits into the adapter and can be charged using a USB charging cable. Really slick! This vest rates 5 stars on its own - with the USB charger I would have found a way to give it 6 stars!

WOW! My wife absolutely LOVES this heated vest type jacket. She loves the freedom of movement this vest provides by having the arms uncovered. Now that Fall has arrived, this jacket has been her absolutely favorite coat on her long walks with our dog. Our dog loves the cold so when it gets cold out he wants to go on hour-long walks at a minimum. This jacket keeps her toasty for the entire walk at the highest setting. The jacket has 3 different settings: low (blue), medium (white), and high (red). And my wife is thrilled by high quickly the jacket heats up. You change the settings simply by pushing a button located at the right chest area. The button lights up with the colored heat setting. At the high setting a fully charged batter seems to last about 1.5 hours. At the lowest setting, the battery is rated at 6 hours. I imagine the medium setting will provide about 3 or more hours of heat but we have not tested it (she likes the hottest setting). The vest supplies two different heat zones: chest and back. As I have come to expect from Milwaukee, the quality of this jacket is simply fantastic. And, of course, the lithium-ion battery (LI-ION) battery is compatible with TONS of other Milwaukee products. The battery for this jacket is 100% compatible and interchangeable with the battery in my wife's other Milwaukee jacket (identical to this vest except includes the sleeves for when it really starts to get cold out), and my impact socket wrench set. The fact that they designed their batteries to be compatible provides such a high degree of versatility. For instance, my wife can carry a second batter from another product with her as a backup if she decides to go on a 2 hour long walk. The battery is hidden out of sight in back of the jacket on the left (see photos). While the battery is a bit heavy, my wife says that they were really smart in where they located it as she doesn't even notice it is there. You simply insert the battery into its case, plug the case to the jacket power cord (which comes out of the battery pocket), tuck the battery and cord into the pocket, and zip up the pocket. The product comes packaged well and includes a charger into which you can plug the battery to charge it (charges from AC to DC) - see photo. In addition to the two outside hand pockets, and the rear battery pocket, the vest includes yet another pocket on the inside left-hand side. The jacket is machine washable (remove the battery first) using the gentle cycle with the water temperature set to warm. You can also tumble dry the jacket on the low or delicate heat setting.

This is a really attractive vest, nice enough that I've worn it a couple times without any intention of using the heat feature. It's tapered well for a nice fit. I typically wear a large in most athletic wear, and the large in this vest fits similarly. The subtle contrast between the shoulder area and the body of the vest where there's stitching is a nice touch. The vest is heated across the chest and shoulders & it gets very warm. Some of the other Milwaukee heated items have heated pockets and collars which would be awesome in this vest, but even without that this is a great item. It's thin enough to wear under a heavier coat, and if you do that and run the heat, it's toasty warm. The battery placement is a little higher than other items I've worn but still relatively comfortable. The pouch the battery goes in expands outward, so it doesn't make the vest fit any tighter when you put it into it. Overall, really nice item for anyone who spends much time outdoors!

Okay, this is a slim fitting vest. So keep that in mind if you are ordering online and are unsure on the size. It hugs your body but is true to the size. The main issues I have is the round battery and the overall price for a vest. The battery is small, but you plug it in and store it just under your armpit. The battery is round, so if you lean back in a car seat or try to get comfortable, it doesn't really site right. I don't understand why they didn't make it square or flatter. The vest is spendy. For $170 it is a heated vest and yes it does get warm and stay warm for hours. So if you need a base layer for outside activities, this will do the job. The fabric is comfortable. The seams are secure and there are no issues with the actual vest.

This women's large black heated quilted vest kit is a very nice product - a great idea, especially for those who live in colder climates and/or spend a great deal of time working or playing in the outdoors - except the word 'large' in the description is a misnomer; i.e., the sizing is off considerably. Only very thin and very few layers of clothing will be accommodated.

Milwaukee Heated Vest, . I’ll be using this for a layer under my Riding jacket for Motorcycle touring in my wife’s and my riding jackets. A good true to size fit Mens anyway, very thin for layer use. Ordering a women Small which arrived as a Mens XL after a long back order, I can only comment on the actual product functions which shouldn’t be any different from Men’s to women’s other then fit and maybe a different cut for women. Operation is easy with a push button for adjusting the heat level Low,Medium and high, and the button part of the outside fabric on your chest will illuminate different colors . Claimed 6 hour run time on a charged M12 Redlithium battery. My first use on low it was still going after 4 hours. Be advise this is a chest and upper back heat zone vest, lower torso there is no heat elements. This vest is not going not be an instant heat chamber but does well to keep you comfortable by radiant heat. It does work fast and you feel it working quickly after you turn it on. Mine came with one battery and charger .The battery nests in its own low profile exterior pocket you almost forget it there. Wind and water resistant, Compressible designed for layering ,Microfiber insulation and reinforced high wear zones , drop tail extended back and adjustable waist. All these features along with being washer and dryer safe. Im hoping this will make the difference when the weather starts to dip , while we head out on the road this winter.

I have the Milwaukee heated jacket and it is awesome! My wife did not want the jacket as it is bulky, but she did go for the vest. It is really nice. It fits her quite snug and she wears it under a jacket for cold days and by itself on chilly days. The heat keeps her core very warm and is consistent throughout the vest. It comes with battery and charger. The only issue is that the battery fits into a pouch on the rear of the vest, which does stick out a little. When she sits down she can feel it jab into her back. It is not that bad, but you do know it's there. Other than that, this is a quality Milwaukee product. It lasts about a week on one charge, that is using it every day.

Wow!! Love this heated vest! It has chest and back heat zones that kept me very warm during a football game in 35 degree weather! Great to grab when running to the store when it is cold out, very stylish vest!. There are three heat settings, red is high, white is medium and blue is low, very easy to change heat settings by just pushing the button on the left side of chest. Comes with battery and charger, battery lasts up to 6 hours. Outer shell is wind and water resistant, the inside is microfiber and helps keep the heat in. I love the high collar to keep the wind out. There are two zippered slash pockets with pull tabs. The battery compartment is on the left back/side in a zippered pocket, very easy to each to replace battery.

I got this for my wife as she is outside daily while working at a school. This 12V cordless black heated quilted vest comes with a charger and a 1.5AH battery. She likes the look and it provides warmth for up to 6hrs per charge. The battery pack is placed on the back left of the vest in a pouch which keeps it out of the way. The vest is washer and dryer safe and has three setting determined by color (red=high, white=medium, and blue=low). You control the temperature setting my pushing the M12 button located on the front left chest area of the vest. Nice design.

This Milwaukee Women's Medium Size Black Vest is nice and comfortable. It includes the battery and charger. It is great for almost any outdoor work or play in cool or cold weather. The carbon fiber heating elements across the back and chest are powered by the proven M12 red lithium battery pack contained in a back zippered pocket. It has 3 settings, Hi “Red”, Medium “Blue” and Low “White. Each battery charge will allow up to 3 hours of runtime depending on the setting. The battery installs in a back pocket with room for extra batteries (see photo). The vest has a two zippered front pockets and a handy phone pocket located on the inside of the vest (see photo). The vest is very well made of 100% polyester. It is soft and comfortable to wear. It is fully lined and very warm, even with no heater. The zippers are of good quality. Many of the seams are double stitched at strain points. The vest is machine washable “gentle cycle warm” and “tumble dry, low heat”. It is full cut for a Medium fit. My wife usually wears medium sized outerwear and this vest fits her fine (see photos). It comes with a limited one year warranty for the original owner.

This heated vest is awesome! I am going to welcome that warmth when it comes time to shovel snow! It comes with a battery charger, battery, and instruction manual for the vest and charger. It is easy to use and I like that the control is on the red emblem in front and you just hold for a second or two to turn on or off. It has 3 heat settings and the status can be seen by looking at the Power button on the chest: High (Red LED), Medium (White LED), and Low (Blue LED). It is stated that the battery lasts up to 6 hours, depending on the power level used. I like that it is slightly tapered at the waist and lightweight so I can wear it under my coat if needed. The material is soft, yet strong. The inside material has a silky feel and there is quilting on the back and chest areas. The arm holes are bound with a slightly elastic material. There is a zippered pocket inside, 2 zippered side pockets, and a zippered back pocket that holds the battery. The zippers are strong and sturdy with easy-to-grab pulls. Simply plug the battery into the wire inside the pocket, and zip it up. It is described as having an adjustable waist, but on my vest, the elastic cord for that is on the bottom hem which would be around the hip area. The measurement on the inside waist is about 36", and the inside hem measurement is about 43". I've shown other measurements in the photos. I absolutely love the Milwaukee products - the only thing I would change is to make the batteries easier to release for older hands!

I am cold all the time i love this vest. It works great for my early morning walks.

I received this as a Christmas gift to use for snowmobiling season. Worst best ever for the money paid. Shuts off constantly. No heat in the front. Absolutely terrible battery set up. Who wants a gigantic round battery pressing in your flank giving you a kidney contusion!!!!! Hate it.

Perfect nice and warm warms up very fast and stays warm for hours

This is a great product. Well made, very warm, perfectly sized for wearing over and under stuff. Very versatile. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the battery rubs right on my hip. I wish there was a way to strap it up, so it would ride more in my waist area.

Why the heck would any company put a battery and book up that is the size of a can of soup in the back of the coat?! It’s a shame really I love the cut of the women’s coat but as an equipment operator I can’t stand to have such a bulky battery in such an awkward place. Try again please! Or offer an extension plug to go to the front pocket . I can give up a pocket over being a lopsided hunch back .

The vest is very nice and fits well except the battery should be square and more flat. Kinda bulky under my Snowmobile jacket.

Wife loves it she Thanks me ever time she wears it. Bad she don't return or charge my m12 batteries for my tools.

I purchased the women's heated vest to use while shooting Sporting Clays. Since you don't really move around a lot its hard to keep warm. I have used it 3 times now with the outside temperature beening in the teens and once at 7 degrees, I have kept warm the whole time. I would highly recommend this vest.

I recieved this as a gift from my husband and I love it except for the battery. It just below the left shoulder blade in the back. I can't keep the battery in the pocket if I get in a vehicle to drive. I take it out and have to pull it around and to the front. It's very uncomfortable when this happens. Otherwise, I do like the fit and fill and it beats up quick. I think they should offer an extension to plug the battery in the front pocket at least.

Purchased the small vest kit for my petite sized college aged daughter who is always cold! It fits perfectly, looks CUTE, and works amazingly well. I could not give this enough stars! It is a terrific product for someone who needs extra warmth at .

Bought both the vest and jacket! Love them both! Just wish the battery pack was somewhere more comfortable!
