Beautiful, reasonably priced flooring.

I absolutely love this the look and feel of this vinyl! It has a slight wood texture and has a matte finish. It also has some cushion to it, so it is not hard on the feet and it is not as cold as the vinyl I had previously. It is pretty flexible, so it is fairly easy to work with. I'm hoping that the softness doesn't mean that it will get damaged easily. The manufacturer (both on the .pdf instructions and on the video) recommends leaving the toilet in place and cutting around it. Because I was in a small room, this was a little difficult, so the gap around the toilet ended up being a little larger than I wanted it to be. If I had to do it over, I'd remove the toilet. I installed it with pressure sensitive adhesive.

This floor is beautiful in person! I ordered it without seeing a sample first and I am very impressed. Looks just like the picture only better. It is textured with wide planks and variations of brown and grey. The prior floor in our house was loose lay vinyl which lasted for years so we laid this floor with only staples around the edges. We have moved furniture without issue. As expected, this is a softer floor so you do have to be careful of tears. We almost had an issue with a couch leg but saw it in time to place a disc under the leg. It actually helped flatten out the area and corrected the concern. You also have to be careful with dropping sharp objects as it will surely puncture the floor. I dropped something a couple of days ago and have two tiny punctures. I'm not worried for two reasons: 1 -I am confident I can repair the tiny marks with a touch of super glue, 2 -the pattern of the floor is very forgiving and does not show flaws easily unless in direct sun -from my experience. Also, we have young children that have attempted to wirte on the floor occasionally with markers, crayons, chalk, whatever they can get their adorable hands on. Everything has easily cleaned up with a Magic Eraser or warm soapy water. I love this flooring IVC Alexton Oak!

Ordering was a bit confusing and required us to order the items twice due to sizing explanation on the website being all over the place. Once correct size was ordered and received installation was simple and quick. Looks great in our foyer and is holding up well so far.

This vinyl sheet flooring was the perfect color. Home Depot was very generous because I believe they gave me quite a bit more material than I ordered. I would recommend Home Depot to anyone who is looking to order vinyl sheet flooring. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Good price good quality quick and easy to install. If you have pets you don't have to worry about the glue seems coming loose and leaking though under the flooring.
