The Mold Armor 1 Gal. Multi-Purpose Pressure Washer Cleaner does a really fantastic job at cleaning the green mossy crud that builds up on the more shaded parts of your home, shed, structure. We have used the same product in the hose attachment bottle and it did a fabulous job, but I wanted to see if using the power washer could reach higher up on the second story of our house, and it did. This is the best cleaning solution that we have tried. You fill your power washer detergent tank with the solution, throughly wash the surface using the low pressure setting. Let it set for about 10 minutes, then rinse with just water on the high setting. Prior and after using, make sure to spray any plants with the hose so they don’t get damaged.

I have power washed in the past but never with a cleaner. IT was easy to use, and definitely improved performance. My pressure washer seemed to do the job in much less time. THere was never aa problem getting rid of mold and mildew , but it certainly seemed quicker, than before. I would use MOLD ARMOR again. . I was a bit disappointed in no scent, but that's a personal preference.

RE: Mold Armor 1 Gal. Multi-Purpose Pressure Washer Cleaner I used this for cleaning the stucco siding and the concrete walkway and driveway. It did a great job of breaking up the mildew that tends to collect in the stucco and left it looking cleaner than ever before. I plan to use it on the rear yard paver patio as it tends to grow mildew due to shading..

This cleaner did a very good job removing the green mold/algae from my vinyl siding and gutters. The active ingredient is 5.25% sodium hypochlorite (bleach), which is great for killing and cleaning mold. This cleaner was easy to use with my pressure washer: 1. I put the washers direct feed hose right into the gallon jug of Mold Armor. 2. Using the low-pressure setting I wet siding with the cleaner moving from the bottom to the top of the house, letting it soak in for about ten minutes. 3. Then I rinsed everything with the high-pressure setting moving from the top to the bottom of the building. 4. When finished, I rinsed out the direct feed hose and pump with some plain water sucked up from a pail. When using a pressure washer, the main spray and liquid splashing back can be unpredictable. Take care to protect your eyes and skin along with any nearby plants from this strong chemical.

This cleaner works great in my pressure washer. My pressure washer has a direct feed hose that I can simply put in the gallon jug. This cleaner does an amazing job on gutters and siding and also on my driveway. It's a great product and really does an awesome job cleaning whatever needs cleaning with your pressure washer around your house. I would def recommend this product.

I’ve used several different versions of this down the shore to prevent mold in an outside shower. Shore conditions are brutal on everything due to the moisture and salt air. I’ve used pressure washer cleaner on the deck and siding that works as stated for up to a year to keep mold and mildew from forming. This company also makes a house wash that hooks up to a hose and will do the same thing within reason. For longer distances or larger areas a pressure washer and this cleaner is ideal.

This cleaner for pressure washers is fantastic. It can be used in any power washer, electric or gas powered. Does a great job at killing and cleaning mold off of a variety of surfaces. The directions on the jug is pretty straight forward and easy to understand. A couple of things you need to remember is if you are spraying around flowers and shrubs to hose down the plants with water before you use this cleaner and make sure your soap container of your washer is empty before you pour this mold killer in so as not to dilute the cleaner.

This is a great disinfectant multi purpose cleaner. It is designed for use in your pressure washer to keep the pressure washer as well as whatever you are cleaning, well, clean. It is a cleaning solution composed of 5.25% bleach, and then a bunch of other cleaning ingredients. The important part is that it is 5.25% bleach in its concentrated form. Good thing is it doesn't smell really strong of bleach, although it's definitely there. It kills mold. I sprayed some pink mold and watched it dissolve. Im not sure about the claim of the pressure washer running better, it might be, but it seems the same to me. Added this to the soap tank and let the machine do the mixing. All in all, great product, does what it says it will, doesn't overpower the bleach smell.

Bye bye mold! My plumber found a leak under the toilet that had created a wet area in the drywall ceiling underneath it. I removed the drywall and saw that there was mold on the joist too. I decided to try this product using protective gloves. I soaked a paper towel with the product and wiped down the area. It all came off on the paper towel. Then I applied more to the joist to allow it to penetrate the wood. In about an hour it was completely gone. This stuff works great. I’ll use it in my pressure washer when the weather gets better.

This is a high quality product that, when used and applied properly, works as advertised and does a great job. It also does the job quickly which is especially appreciated. I followed the instructions carefully and got good results. Some heavily stained mold/mildew areas may take 2 applications or a longer set time to allow the product to work. I applied the mold armor using my pressure washer on low and let it sit for 10+ minutes and then pressure washed (straight water) on high. If the area you are cleaning has plants, flowers or shrubs nearby follow the directions, and others' advice, and make sure to wet all plants thoroughly before applying mold armor to adjacent surfaces. When finished, rinse all plants thoroughly. I hope you find this and the pictures helpful.

The front of my house faces almost due north and that means green stuff (and I don't mean money) grows on the front of it and on the porch and driveway. A couple of years ago I used a product that was formulated for use on vinyl siding, which worked okay, but did not get all of the mold off. The product I used on the driveway and front walk removed the mold, but it was back in a month or so, which tells me that the mold was probably still living in the cement pores. Mold Armor worked much better taking the mold off of the gutters and the vinyl. It says that it kills the mold, so I hope not to see it come back so soon, but even if it does it is nice to know that there is something that will work quickly to remove it. One thing, though. Compared to Simple Green, your shrubs and grass near the work area will suffer more.

After trying many different products that is supposed to cut the mold and grime off the house siding I believe I found the product. I put the cleaner in my dispenser and started spraying away. It not only cut the dirt and grime off the siding it cut right through the mold on the north side of my house. I did not even have to use a scrub brush to remove the mold.

Mold Armor 1 Gal. Multi-Purpose Pressure Washer Cleaner. This product is amazing. It begins to work without any effort. Applied a teaspoon on cleaner on molding decking. It began to work before even touching it with a soft brush. In a matter of a minute the mood is gone without much effort. Ive used other products without half the results. Cannot imagine the results with the power washer in the spring. This spring I will be using the cleaner on the 5th wheel trailer. I am confident it will cut spring and fall cleaning in half. Improves pressure washer performance. Powers away mold, mildew, dirt and grime. Cleans vinyl and aluminum siding, stucco and gutters. You will want to use with good ventilation as there is a strong but not unpleasant odor.

Seems to work pretty well but hard to determine how much better it is than just pressure washing. I cleaned some green mossy stuff off of my siding and also did an area of my driveway that gets badly stained by leaves and crushed acorns. Just pressure washed an area then used the cleaner and PW the adjoining area. The area with the cleaner used is cleaner but not enough that it would show in a pic. Both came out nicely though I suspect the soap cleaned area might stay nice a bit longer before the grunge returns but I can't know that at this point. Don't use this on your car per the instructions (see pic). It is 5.25% sodium hypochlorite so it needs the dilution of going through a pressure washer.

This mold and mildew multi-purpose cleaner by Mold Armor is great stuff. You pour this stuff in the solution side of your power washer then spray away with your power washer and watch the mold, mildew and bug stuff disappear. This year we got this black poo stuff from the inch worms. There were these black spots everywhere and this multi-purpose got rid of it all like it was never there. This multi-purpose pressure washer cleaner, removes all types of grime including bug feces. This multi-purpose cleaner arrived at the right time while we still had 50 degree days.

We had a business and did a lot of pressure washing of vinyl, wood, stucco and aluminum siding and gutters, along with sidewalks and decks. The Mold Armor Multi-Purpose Pressure Washer Cleaner is the best cleaner we have found. It not only removes the dirt, mold, mildew and grime, it also leaves behind protection to slow the mold and mildew from forming again. Anyone who has a shady north side on their home knows what that's about. It is safe for plants and pets, however, we always rinse the area before and after we use any chemicals just to be safe. The cleaner is also non-corrosive, which will extend the life of your pressure washer parts. Since it is concentrated, a gallon goes a long way. We keep a spray bottle for touch ups when we don't want to set up the whole pressure washer for use around our home.

This is a product that is supposed to help lube and clean your pressure washer as much as it is to provide mold and mildew support on your affect power washing areas. Do NOT use this on cars! It is strictly for sidings on a homes, walkways, brickwork and cement. I like that it is all purpose in that regard. It does not contain bleach (which can rot out your parts), but does mold killing agents in the solution. I used it on some brick where water often gathers after using sprinklers on the lawn or after a good rain. It always forms a mildew because it also never gets enough sun exposure in that area. This product worked like a charm!

This Multi-Purpose Pressure Washer Cleaner by Mold Armor is an excellent product for killing mold and mildew. It comes in a 1 gal. concentrate for use in pressure washers. It is formulated to be non-corrosive on pressure washer parts. It is easy to use...just add concentrate to soap dispenser reservoir. You can either spray it with the soap nozzle and let it soak (my favorite for most horizonal surfaces) and then spray under pressure or begin with a more aggressive tip to "soap" and spray at the same time...this is especially good for vertical services that are harder to reach. This product is good on most hard surfaces (concrete, vinyl, stucco, wood and plastic) that can attract mold and mildew. This product kills the mold and mildew and leaves the surface more resistant to it returning. Give it a try!

Super easy to use this Mold Armor. This is a must if you are power washing your house. We just added it to our power washer and just power washed our siding like your normally would. This helped kill and clean away any sight of mold or dirt on our vinyl siding. The solution even has anti-corrosive properties to help the insides of your power washer. Will buy again.

I will have to admit this is one of the best cleaners I have used to clean my house with it did a wonderful job. I used this on the side where my house doesn't get much sun and I have trouble with mildew on this side of the house. I have to say this did a wonderful job in removing the mildew on my house and another good thing this cleaner does is it leaves a microscopic film that retards mold growth. It is easy to use pour it into your soap dispenser and use the correct spray tip on your pressure washer then spray it on your house. Then let it soak a couple min. Then rise it off. You can't go wrong in using this multi purpose cleaner.

This Mold Armor works great on concrete side walks, the sides of houses that get mold on it, or fences, back yard decks, etc. I used it on my driveway and sidewalk which hasn't been pressure washed in 10 years. The Mold armor is safe to use in a pressure washer, and the results were excellent. Plus I think it will the mold from growing back. It is easy to use and non-toxic, in that it is safe if it splashes on the grass, safe for animals. Nevertheless use gloves and safety glasses.

I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking to get rid of the moss or greenish mold off their home or off their stone work around the home. This product is made to go into the detergent bottle on a pressure washer which not all pressure washers have so I just place this product into a sprayer or a spray bottle then apply where needed then use my pressure washer to rinse it off after the recommended time on the bottle. This product will work really well if one follows the included instructions to the letter.

No doubt in my mind this is one of the best cleaners and mold killers out there for vinyl siding. I used this on my vinyl siding where there is a great deal of shade. In years past I used other home made remedies for curing the mold grow back problem. This will not only do a good job of cleaning but leaves a microscopic film that retards mold growth. EZ to use, simply add to your soap dispenser and use the proper nozzle for your power washer. It's a win win solution.
