Great fan! Easy to install. Clear instructions and parts are well labeled. Everything fit together perfectly. Blades are well balanced. I did not need to do any adjustments or add weights. Perfectly balanced on first run. Finish of blades and housing is very nice. Couldn't find any blessishes or defects. Motor is VERY quiet, even at the highest setting. Installed two in 700 sqft garage with 10' ceilings. Moves plenty of air!

Just as I imagined it would look. Really compliments my decor. Love the walnut blades and the matte downrod is a perfect match!! Love it and well worth the price! I highly recommend!!

The fan is very nice looking and puts out a decent amount of air on our outdoor open air covered patio. However, the finish easily scratches off, be careful during install. The blades are not made exactly the same, it took me 2hrs. to balance the fan to an acceptable amount of wobble using washers and weights. One fan blade was 3" in height difference from the others from the same point on the ceiling. I believe that for $1k for a fan, they should have better quality control at the factory. Overall, we like the fan but are disappointed about the quality/ performance compared to cost...

I love this fan. I looked for over year for a fan that would be both functional and beautiful. It definitely is a conversation started. The installation went smoothly. My husband and I assembled the fan and then had an electrician install it because of our 16' ceiling. It is quiet and pushes a lot of air, even on the lower speeds. I like the fact that you can easily reverse the direction with the remote. The fan did not need to be balanced, but there is a bit of a wobble at the higher speeds. I attribute that to the 4' down rod. I definitely recommend this fan.

Just received this giant 99” fan a couple days ago. We had an electrician friend install it for us. It looks awesome and runs quiet. It does have a very slight sway, but we attribute that to the 48” extension pole. No wobble at all. We have it outside in our tiki hut and it does make the Florida summer heat a little better.

Our old Casablanca Panama 5 (remote) bit the dust, remote control was getting flaky and bearings making noise then remote went out completely. Would of cost over $300 to repair. After two years without a working fan I decided to get one. Purchased a Home Decorations Brand fan from HD and it was so so. I returned it for an Emerson Rah Eco 60". Nice fan when idle but six blades when rotating doesn't do the blade aesthetics any justice. Also blades were sorta narrow with a taper, not the most impressive air flow. Light cover is plastic and cheep looking not glass as in the description. Remote was finicky too. Returned it as well. I saw this Maverick 70" fan and fell in love with it. We really do not need a light in our application and that's fine, it would ruin the whole look on this baby. Let me tell you this thing is cool, very cool, aircraft propeller inspired....nice simple and yet refined. Don't be fooled about the Balsa wood blades, they look like they were carved out of a solid piece of walnut and very nicely done at that. The three blades attach to the so called stator part of the motor which in fact is the part that rotates and what would normally be the rotor(armature) is the stationary part. So the motor is sorta the hub for the blades and concealed, nice. Super quiet DC motor, remote receiver is separate in the canopy which is nice if it ever needs replacing. Packaging was stellar, NOT your typical far east made fan. This fan is in a great room with a nineteen foot ceiling height from the floor. I used the 12" downrod , I have a staircase that would not allow a lower hanging fan. Airflow is great, I'm not concerned with MPH but with CFM and these blades scoop up plentiful amount of air even at lower speeds without a wind tunnel effect. I use speed 3 mostly, sometimes 4. Max RPM is about 130 per the specs??? It's on the modern side but I feel it would go nice with a lot of different decors. BTW....this one is staying!!!

Really nicely crafted fan, design hides canopy fasteners for a very clean look. Remote does not live up to the build quality of rest of product - 2 stars for that part.

Fan is a stunner, a real focal piece. We were going to replace our dining room light (which is next to living room), we now have to rethink that piece as we do not to take away visually from this beautiful fan. Fan itself is well made and really light for its size . What stood out to me about build quality is they included a small cover to hide screws on remote holder which would only be visible if remote was out of holder , its the small touches that show top engineering.

Was wary about spending so much on a fan but it was worth the money.

This fan is really nice and excellent quality. Very stylish and works great with the remote. The real wood blades have a nice contemporary angle to them. We've used this fan and the dark brown wood one in several rooms in our house. Highly recommend!

I have purchased and installed 4 of these fans, some with down rods and some without. Overall, these fans are easy to install, and all are in good working order. The only issue is the final step of installation. There is a ring that is designed to snap over the mounting screws for the top cover. I very carefully rotate the ring until it rolls over the silver round mounting bearing (at least that's what it looks like). Unfortunately, on two of the four fans, it only snapped up into place on one side. It is OK, as the fans are very high up and no one can see the small gap on the other side, but it just seems like they should always work. Also, when the day comes to replace the fans (hopefully at least 10 years down the road), there isn't an obvious way to get that ring off again. I tried to gently pry it off on one of the fans where it only clicked in on one side, and it didn't budge. I didn't want to use too much force, as they scratch extremely easily. This last step is very fussy, so be careful not to scratch when aligning the ring. Other than that, they appear much better made than the Minka fans I am replacing.

Beautiful fan. Seems to be well made. Installed in our new home. Cannot comment on the functionality because we don’t t have power yet.

I have had two of these fans installed on my back patio for less than a year. The wood is beaitiful, but every piece of metal already has surface rust. Any time there is a strong breeze, the fan and downrod flex from the base. I have to get on a step ladder and manually level the fan. I have contacted monte carlo several times with no solution. These should be fine for indoor use, but certainly not outdoor

Easy to install and no need to balance. Best fan we have ever had.
