This gas range was exactly what I was expecting. Purchase was super easy and and customer service was excellent.

Purchased 36" PRO range for new house. NXR used to be a good value but now it's just a complete garbage. All six burners warped after a couple of years of use and now leak gas. This is usually what people complain about when the burners are constantly clicking trying to ignite the center burner. Check youtube. It as says on the burner "Made in Germany". East Germany? These things are made out of aluminum or some other soft alloy that warps at 500F Replacements are ALWAYS out of stock!

I wanted a quality stove without the exorbitant cost of other high-end stoves and NXR delivers!. These burners heat up quickly and powerfully! 6 months in, there was a small problem with our igniter but NXR fixed it quickly and easily.

Best investment in our new home! Everyone loves it, it’s beautiful in an open concept home! We absolutely recommend this beauty! You will not be disappointed!

I purchased this stove brand new. So far I have changed the igniter twice, two burners click constantly, and the u-burner in the oven rusted. I ordered a new u burner from NXR. Over a week later I still do not have the part, it hasn’t shipped because they “missed it” and I’m told there is nothing they can do. So, the stove is poorly made and the customer service is non-existent. Do yourself a favor and buy a different brand. You get what you pay for and I sincerely regret this purchase.

I purchased my 6 burner gas range a few years ago. It has been a complete disappointment. The burners are defective, resulting in constant sparking (look at You Tube video about how to fix this with a DIY sanding job - what a joke). I have had to replace parts in the oven twice. The assembly process, combined with poor engineering forethought, resulted in screws welded in place, requiring one to drill out the screws just to get to the repair. The customer service from the company is horrible.

I blatantly ignored the negative reviews for this range when purchasing in 2019, and have since watched every warning come true. The stove clicks repeatedly when turning on burners, the oven burned through the doors insulating layer and melted off the stovetop labels, and then finally pooped out entirely. I wouldn't leave a review if I could get it repaired, but there are zero oven repair companies that are willing to work on a NXR oven. Save yourself money, time, and frustration; look elsewhere

I have had this stove for several months and was annoyed with the oven temp, but not annoyed enough to actually call. The two burners in the oven were registering at different temperatures. Low and behold, they were doing a followup sales call/survey and I told them that I had been been meaning to call. THEN AND THERE, they shipped parts and told me to contact them when they arrived for warranty work. Unheard of! I LOVE the stove, and now I really love the service too!

Although attractive this stove has needed to be repaired a lot and parts are extremely difficult to find.. it has been sitting unusable for 4 months and the company keep telling me that parts are going to be available “next week” and 4 months later…there not. Regretting this decision to buy from this company.

Do not purchase this stove based on the good reviews. After purchasing an nxr I had the representatives hound me about giving a review and they will reward me with the $50 Home Depot card when I received the card it was your balance on there when I called them they send me another card with another zero balance then they were requested my email which at that point I did not feel comfortable giving it to them. I realized I purchased this stove based on their good reviews but now I see they just swindled me out of a good review. I contact at Home Depot and apparently doesn't make a difference because their products nxr are still available on the Home Depot sites to purchase. Do not buy this based on good reviews

We purchased this unit 6 years ago. We are now on our third igniter AND the oven does not work consistently. About 3 months ago, the oven started turning on and off BY ITSELF randomly - middle of the night, middle of the day, while I was cooking something....I called NXR, although it is no longer under warranty, they sent out a new thermostat (to cover their tail I am sure). With the new thermostat, it still will not come up to temperature, or stay at the right temperature, consistently. Sometimes the oven will come on and sometimes it will not. Talked to NXR today and was told there was nothing they could do about it except refer me to a repair place to have someone come and look at it. 6 years later, we are going to have to purchase a new range/oven. Such a bummer. Professional ranges should last much longer than this. Also, the broiler stinks - always has - one strip of heat that runs the just along the middle of the oven from front to back- so only one little area broils.

I love the large convection oven. I also love the 6 burners and that they are different sizes for different pans. I am just really happy so far and I have had it for 4 months.

This stove was purchased for a high end kitchen remodel in a high end property. Good quality range. Would recommend this product

This gas range is beautiful and works wonderfully! I have received many compliments on it and I love the gold knobs in my newly renovated kitchen!

The stove is easy to unpack and was easy to install. No extra parts needed for installation. Turns on quick and the various heating temperatures is a plus for the variety of cooking temperatures we need. Pots and pans fit perfectly and no crowding going on

We had the range installed in April. It took us a while to learn the oven but eventually we were okay with it. In August it stopped working. We called NXR customer service and they advised me that my oven striker was bad. Then they said it would be two months to get service out to the house. Or they said I could easily do it myself. I replaced it and it wouldn't work. They sent another part, same thing. Blows my mind that Home Depot would sell something with this poor of a customer service.

Love the oven. After 5 months, did need to call for repairs. The oven would not stay on high heat. It was the heat timer needed to be replace. Service was great. Repair guy Jose explain what was wrong, which didn’t take him long to fix. Overall we are satisfied with the design, the excellent job the way it cooks the food, and the service we received from the repair service center.

This is the worst stove. Installed it & the oven is 50 degrees off. Called NXR, was told there's nothing they can do. Turn the fan on maybe that will help. 4 years later, oven will not light, top burners are hard to light. The finish on the top of the stove is coming off. We have never used oven cleaner to clean it. Don't waste your time buying this brand. Spend the extra money on a better brand.

The range was a little tight but we made it fit alright. Everyone is happy that they finally have a stove they know how to use. The other one was made in Germany.
