I really liked the look of this stone when it was delivered. However, I was a little disappointed in the fire ring. Online, it looks black. The one I got was rusted. Also, one of the capstones has a crack running all the way through it.

This looks great! It was easy to put together. We’ve been enjoying it. I really like the top cap stones. It really makes it look finished. I would highly recommend this firepit.

I still cannot believe how uneven the stones are. The concrete top pieces are different thickness which makes it impossible to line up and make level. Very disappointed in this product.

It was very easy to assemble. Everything was in great condition, not damaged. Arrived several weeks earlier than expected! Looks great! Can’t wait for summer nights!

I ultimatley chose this fire pit because I liked the look of it and the stone matches my siding color. It was more expensive than the other ones I had liked. It arrived 2 weeks earlier than expected which was a pleasant surprise. The base is not made up of individual stones, but rather three layers of quarter-circle slabs with a faux stone finish. The slab pieces interlock into each other. They do not however interlock tight enough, leaving a noticeable gap. It also came with a stainless steel ring that is already beginning to rust. I have had it assembled for about a month. The pictures lead me to believe it was a black steel ring. Overall, the pit is perfectly functional but I wish I had gone with a different pit.

This is a great concept, would love for it to work but when this got delivered it was poorly wrapped, some pieces were outside of the wrapping and sitting on top broken and once I unwrapped the pallet there were more broken pieces the sandbag was pierced and sand was spilling everywhere. Honestly for the price I was very disappointed with the shipping and handling and quality I wouldn't recommend.

Biggest problem? All 12 side pieces vary in size and shape of the point and shape of the gap to insert the point into. They are all cast concrete, shouldn't be a problem. In the long run, you can fiddle with them and make look OK, but a perfectionist would not be pleased. I also installed on top of a patio, not pool table smooth but very flat.

This fire pit is just what I wanted! And a breeze to assemble made even better as it doesn’t require any glue or cement to hold it together. (It took less time to put together than it did for the two very helpful store employees to load it into my car!) Each piece is 40lbs so it has not shifted or moved even without using any type of adhesive. Looks great, too. Very happy with this purchase!

Absolutely what I was looking for and I received exactly as described. t’s beautiful and is the perfect cherry on top of our newly poured concrete patio

This set is big, heavy, and durable. It appears to be totally worth the cost and time spent setting it up. This set is relatively easy to build. It only took me about two hours from start to finish. FYI it comes with 2-3 bags of sand. I’m pretty happy with it so far, only time will tell

I purchased this fire pit 3 years ago. As others have stated, the blocks don't all fit together perfectly. However, it was easy to set up and looked nice. The major issue with this fire pit is that it falls apart in 2 years. I have attached some photos, and you can see that the blocks started cracking and disintegrating. For the cost, this is not worth it and should not be purchased!

Overall, pretty happy with the fire pit. The pavers did not fit perfectly but were pretty close. I placed my fire pit on black dirt. Great for a campfire. Perfect size.

If you don't put it together the way it comes, the pieces are uneven. They must file down the stone after assembling it for shipping. Definitely needs concrete glue to stay put.

Our fire pit is less than 2 years old and it’s falling apart. First cracks appeared after a few months of use, now it’s literally falling apart!!! We’ve got to use it only for two summers. Payed almost $500 with taxes and delivery, what a waste of money!!! I’ve never been so disappointed in any other product

While I think this is a great idea in theory (Fire pit on a pallet), and despite Home Depot and Nantucket Pavers going out of their way to make this purchase right for me, I would still have to rate this product a poor. The materials are fragile, brittle, and each piece is supposed to be interchangeable yet the fitment is barely passable. Was shipped as a single unit, poorly packed, none of the sixteen individual pieces were protected from themselves or each other. After unpacking the initial item, I refused shipment because of the multiple broken/damaged pieces. Home Depot was nice enough to ship me a replacement with a discount. Replacement seemed ok on initial inspection so I accepted delivery. However after disassembling, I discovered the same issue...multiple broken pieces. This time, HD put me in direct contact with the manufacturer and again they are very responsive and agreed to ship me replacement parts...more than I actually needed, just to make sure I had everything I needed to complete my project. Replacements were shipped to me, lovingly and individually wrapped in foam (imho, this is how the whole product should be packed and shipped). Overall I am ok with the completed project (see photo), but the pic does not reveal the detail and flaws apparent on close inspection. Additionally, I think the product bears redesign and rethinking packaging. If it were me, knowing how delicate the material is, I would do away with the dovetails altogher. They don't serve to facilitate better fit between pieces. Secondly the product should be packaged and shipped exactly as my replacement parts were. This would greatly reduce damage, frustration and rework. Until the material, design and packaging issues are resolved I cannot recommend this product. It is worth noting that Patio on a palette purchased at the same time and seen surrounding the fire pit was flawless and I highly recommend it.

Although the pit was assembled and shrink wrapped. There should have been a note to mark the order of the pieces, because they did not fit / lock together when they were out of order. Plus the video directions online form the manufacturer did not match the paper instructions included with the pit. If you are picky, this will be a challenge to have perfect connections and a level top. We had to shim the capstone blocks to get them somewhat level.

As some other reviewers have stated, my fireplace was broken on arrival as well. Company needs to figure out how to package it better. After gluing broken pieces back together, it turned out ok.

I would not recommend this product. When it was delivered, over half of the pieces were cracked or broken.

The stones doesn’t fit the metal barrel also just if the stones were either broken or badly chipped!!

Came cracked. Getting a new replacement was estimated to take two months from the purchase date. Already planned a company fire pit party so have to live with it.

Awesome. Fit together easily. Assembled in less than an hour. Had our first fire that evening! Neighbors are all interested in one of their own.

The look of this product is great. It arrived in good shape. The color is more grey than brown. The disappointment I had was in the quality of fit. Not only were the joints not a snug fit (leaving gaps over an inch in between the blocks) the height of a few blocks varied by more than 1/4 inch from the right to left, making leveling of the top ring impossible unless I used some sort of buildup material.

No damage, shipped to store and forked in the back of my truck. Well packaged and wrapped, wen back together easily. As described. Heavy!
