The pavers are a different upgrade than you can buy in the store! I love the look!

I bought two 12 X 12 patios to make a 25 X 10 patio. Color was exactly what we wanted. I paid the $55 for shipping to my home so I did not have to deal with moving 5,000 lb of pavers from the store to my home using my SUV. Pavers arrived in perfect condition on two pallets. The only reason for the four stars is that like another reviewer, I found inconsistencies in the tile height spec'd at 1.5 inches. Most of the tiles varied from 1.5 in to 1.25 in over one tile. Some where actually 1.5 in as spec'd over the whole tile, but most of the tiles varied in height, so we sorted thru them (extra work) to find the most consistent ones. But we LOVE the finished patio.

These pavers are awesome. They shipped on time and came in flawless condition, not a single one was broken. The delivery company was equally as amazing. They went above and beyond to place the pavers in a safe area of my driveway. It took the driver backing the 18 wheeler across two lanes of traffic, which he didn't have to do. I am very pleased with these pavers and I highly recommend them. They are true to the description online. I wish they sold these per paver in the store, could use a few more but don't want to order another full pallet.

The "bluestone-look" pavers were what we wanted, and these are exactly that. The local Home Depot competitor had cheaper product, but it was falling apart on their pallets, so we took a chance on the home delivery route, and it paid off. The order showed up on three pallets, with only one minor chip on the underside of one paver. Home Depot made special arrangements with the transfer co. to deliver to our door because a semi couldn't make it, which delayed the delivery. Other than for this, the job went smoothly and we are happy with our decision. Preparation work began a month before the pavers were ordered, and we followed Nantucket Pavers' instructions closely in order to ensure a satisfactory installation. Note that we added spaces between the pavers using temporary wood strips in order to get the "look", and also trimmed the perimeter with faux brick.

I ordered 1-1/2 pallets of the 18x18 Nantucket gray pavers on line to create a 20x25 patio and they look beautiful. However, my only complaint is that I need 16 more pavers to complete the patio and upom arriving at Home Depot to purchase 16 more pavers, I was told by an associate that they do not stock the 18x18 Nantucket or any type of 18x18 pavers at the store. The largest size they stock at the store is 16x16. They said that the 18x18 Nantucket pavers can only be purchased on line in pallet size (64) or half-pallet size (32). I wished that I had known this beforehand. Now I have to figure out a way to complete my patio with a different type and size paver. Very disappointed!

Love the finish of the concrete pavers. The weight of each paver is manageable for a 67 DIY’er and the pavers were easy to cut with the right tools.

Do NOT ever buy this product unless you are prepared for a two months waiting, plus dozens of frustrated chats with Home Depot's customer service and a waste of 20+ hours of your time. To be clear, my complaints are not about the product itself, it's the shipping process that sucks. Home Depot outsources the delivery to a third party company named YRC freight, who does a terrible job of curbside delivery and Home Depot are very irresponsible when things went wrong.

I am very disappointed with this interaction with Home Depot to the point of seriously considering not dealing with Home Depot in the future. Rather than giving a poor rating I would appreciate an email with contact information for someone with authority. Apparently I cannot submit without giving a rating so I will have to choose Poor.

These pavers are even better in person than I thought. None were broken and my backyard looks 100% better!!!

I have bought 2 and a half pallets of them and not one broken. Easy to install with the paver base. I would recommend these in a NY minute!

I love my backyard paver patio! These pavers are beautiful.

The pavers are very attractive and uniform in dimension. However, my first mistake was choosing free home delivery on the website. The delivery company wanted to drop off with a semi truck and lift gate and could not get within 1000' of my proposed patio. After over a month of making a dozen phone call, they finally delivered to the local HD and they made the delivery with their forklift truck. So make arrangement for delivery with your local HD if want the pavers delivered. Note that the pavers are fragile when installing them. I laid them on prepared base with washed sand and pounded them down with a soft mallet to level them. After breaking several I would caution you that they are not reinforced and to use care. I don't think they would be suitable for anything but light foot traffic like a patio. If you bedded them in a wet concrete base then maybe you could drive on them.

These pavers were delivered in great shape. The pavers look great in the 15' x '12 patio I designed. Planning to buy more next spring for a paver pathway. Re: installation, I had to cut some of the pavers to size which worked pretty nicely with a 7" diamond blade on my handheld circular saw which spun off a good bit of dust but was better than paying rental fee for wet saw.

These pavers are gorgeous! We ordered two pallets to complete our patio and couldn't be happier. They're nice and smooth, perfect for no-shoes-lazy-days!

I like the way they look, but these pavers seem to chip very easily. Time will tell how they hold through Vermont winters
