This is my first artificial tree and I am very pleased. No, it doesn't look good right out of the box but with a little fluffing it's good. Fairly realistic for an artificial. Went with the slim, then was concerned it would be too small but fits our spot perfectly.

With some primping and adjusting of the branches, the tree looked beautiful. The shape and size are perfect.

What a huge disappointment tree looks nothing like the one featured in ad i knew that it wouldn't look exactly the same but what i received doesnt even qualify as a christmas tree my old tree which is 16 yrs old looks 100% better than this one very misleading!!!

Arrived well packed and ready for setup. Looks as advertised and fits my tight corner spot perfectly. Once I decorated the tree it has become a beautiful focal point.

This is a beautiful tree. I like it much better in terms of the look and feel as compared to a prior Balsam Hill tree I had. Fluffs up nicely, although it is a bit heavy. Since I live in a townhome, space is a factor, but it fits great in the small space I have. Time will tell how it holds up, but so far I'm pleased.

I got this tree delivered last week, to replace our six-year-old tree.I just opened the box one of the branches fell off and the clip is nowhere to be found, and the three it’s self is a very sparse. I wouldn’t pay $50 for it it looks so cheap and the branches are not enough to cover the middle. This is absolutely not the tree from the picture, this is something I’d buy at a discount store, and we paid $232.97.im not even bothering into fluffing the bottom branches of this piece of junk. I’d gladly put it in the curve, but we are taking it back to the store to see if we find something more decent. The tree we are replacing it with we bought for $130 at full price and it was a gorgeous tree, the lights in the middle just stopped working and we are too lazy to change them, and we were going to donate it. I am just so upset right now. That teaches me not to buy this kind of things online. Maybe the other reviewers got a better product, because this tree is not the one from the picture.

The tree looked better than expected!! It is very realistic looking and the branches are plenty strong and spaced properly for hanging ornaments.

The tree looks fine, but a bit disappointing in terms of the “fullness “. We can see through it after fully spreading the branches and decorating it. We have another National Trees (7 1/2 feet” ) that is very full. That tree is a regular, not slim, so that may be part of the issue.

Tree arrived promptly - no problems there. When I start to put it together, the lights on 3 of the l.imbs just on the bottom section are not working. Called Customer Service and they ordered me another right away which should be here in a few days. If this next one isn't perfect, I'll be writing again.

This is a lovely tree -- I highly recommend it.

This tree is beautiful. It’s all about the tips- the more tips the tree has the more real it looks. Great tree, we love it!

Very happy with this tree…it did require a fair amount of time to shape it but it’s so realistic. I would highly recommended this!

The trees beautiful but not as full as the picture.

The tree is nice, but fir the money I paid the light function is extremely limiting.

Gave this a 3 as I loved the dimensions of it. The quality however was extremely disappointing. Spent time assuring all the limbs were fully expanded, but the middle of the tree was still sparse after doing so. Some limbs droop low making huge gaps.

I liked the tree but I am having to return it because it’s too large to fit in my space. Plan to order a pencil tree.

It will be unpacked and looked at just prior to putting up in early December. hence the 3 star rating.

The tree looks and feels real. The service from National Tree and Home Depot was great considering this is the Holiday season and in the midst of a pandemic.

The top has a hard time supporting a basic, very light star. How the company conducts itself, leave a lot to be desired. When contacted, they do not honor their commitments and their business practices leave quite a bit to be desired. Home Depot will not me allow to provide you with the details, so this is all that I can say for you to ponder.
