The tree is really not as full as it looks in the picture and some of the branches are plasticEasy to put together and the lights are nice

The tree was a nightmare to to hook up the lights that connect each section to each other. Absolutely no easy way to find the female wire to connect with the male wire. That part took hours. The directions were lousy but the finished product was quite beautiful.

High quality tree, delivered in advance of the scheduled date. Far better performance than the blue big- box. I can't speak to problem solving customer service ratings because I had no issues. Perfect and thank you!

Beautiful tree. Easy to assemble!

We love this artificial tree. It's very realistic looking and nice and full in size. The informational video is helpful in showing how to unfold and bend the branches for the fullest look. We also found Home Depot customer service to be extremely helpful after we accidentally ordered 2 trees.

Beautiful tree with plenty of lights with many different modes of the lights. Easy set up. The duo control lights are very nice as well and change to different colors in the same light.

The tree shown online looks much fuller than the actual product. The plug system was confusing because they showed 3 different scenarios in the instructions and none of them matched what was actually available on the product. The branches weren't very easily formed. I took a chance buying something without actually seeing it on the store floor so I take full responsibility for the purchase. But I doubt I would buy that way again.

We have always had real trees, so making the decision to go artificial was tough. That said, we have been delighted by this tree. It has room underneath for the Christmas Tree train, was easy to assemble, supports our heavy ornaments — and looks real.

TOOK SOME WORK OUT OF THE BOX TO SHAPE THE TREE , BUT IT IS BEAUTIFUL.

The tree looks good from a distance but when you get up to it it's army men green and the branches are green 2 and where they tried to paint them to look like branches there's over spray of brown paint on the needles. The white lights are nice I don't like that you can't use a regular star. And the colored lights are not your traditional colors. Overall I wasn't happy with the tree.

The tree was a little smaller than I expected and not quite as full. In addition, it was too close to the floor

My second tree from this company. Very lifelike and beautiful.

Great looking tree. The shape of the tree, and the color and brightness of the LED lights, is just right. Easy to assemble, even for a senior female by herself. It did need quite a bit of "fluffing" after assembly but was well worth it as it came out looking beautiful. The "Real Feel" feature of this tree was an important consideration and we are very satisfied We looked long and hard, online and in stores, to find just what we wanted in an artificial Christmas tree, and are very happy that we selected this one. Definitely pleased and certainly would recommend this item to friends and family.

We put the tree together already, to make sure the lights work, and that we like the look of it. We are VERY pleased!! The tree looks quite realistic (natural) and the lights are great!! There are a lot of lights, and there are 9 different lighting options!!!!!!!!This tree is even better than we had hoped!

Down-sized from 8' tree requiring attaching each individual branch (full day to set up & up/down ladder to string lights). Easy as 1-2-3 & done!! Lighting is uniform & easily changed from white to multi-colored, or stationary to blinking at the touch of a button. As nature meant it ~ very natural looking -- ornaments easy to hang!! Absolutely no complaints!

The tree was just as advertised. It went together easily; the lights worked perfectly and are beautiful. There are many more lights on the tree than I have ever been able to string on a tree myself. It is a great product that I hope will last for years.

good looking tree, like the multiple ways to use the lights, however to branches not sturdy enough to hold star without bending down had to tie star on so i could catch sturdier part of tree.
