The tree is definitely 6' tall! I am 5'11" and it was a bit taller than me. I took out the tape measure and it's at 6'. My friend came over to help me put up and decorate the tree, lunch included. :-) I was disappointed that a few of the hinged branches needed to be worked a bit to lay right, but they did! So, in the end it was okay. Also, a couple of the individual tips were bent precariously, but again with some TLC, I got them straightened out. It was a matter of whoever packed the tree into the box. We fluffed the branches and got the tree to fill out with very little effort. I bought the box of 600 lights sold here for $6.50 and we thought we might have 2 strings left to outline my window. WRONG! It looks GREAT with all 600 lights! It can hold almost as many ornaments as my bigger tree was able to do, which really surprised me! Totally awesome. I am living in a very small flat and I can no longer put the older tree up in here! So, this is why I was on the hunt for an UNLIT pencil tree and I chose this one, in spite of the bad reviews. The other tree is a cheap tree from a discount department store and people could not believe such a "cheap" tree could look SO NICE. I figured this tree was going to be about the same and sure enough it is! In fact, if all goes right, I have my bigger tree sold tomorrow, which will help offset the price of this one! :-) As promised on my review for the Christmas lights, I am posting some pictures to show how it looks. Sorry the pics aren't better than they are - camera is getting old. The angel on top is not lit, so it doesn't show up very well in the outside picture. So yeah, I am very pleased with my new tree & new lights, and it fits in my small space very well!

Easy assembly. Full for the most part. This is our first tree for our new house

Had to read the instructions to fluff starfish style. I love this tree. Searched for tall and slim to fit my space, settled on this tree which is great quality. Easy to put together.

This tree met our expectations wonderfully. It fit in the space just right and went together easily.

Disappointed in height but branches filled ou nicely. Closer to 5.5ft

I really love the way this tree looks, but I don’t think it will last more than a couple of years. Only some of the branches are on hinges that allow them to be moved with ease, the upper branches are just slightly flexible metal that won’t last before breaking off from putting the tree up and taking it down.

As our first artificial tree(s), the branches are nice, with good color and density. After finding the shape of the 4’ version so pleasing, we were a little disappointed that the 6’ tree is indeed as “pencil-y” as the photo. But the extreme narrowness of form also facilitates easy placement options with minimal furniture moving.

Easy to set up and take down and store. I wish the stand was a little more stable, but overall a good purchase.

Perfect size and shape for the space we have. Easy to assemble and looks full once adjusted.

This is a nice tree for the price. The only thing I would change is make it a bit more fluffy toward the bottom

This was exactly what I had in mind. Needed something to fit a smaller space. Once you fluff it out and decorate it, it's beautiful! I like that it's easier to decorate too since I'm older - not as much bending and stretching necessary.
