Hose works very well and seems to be better made than others we have owned.

It takes a special kind of talent to screw up a hose - but this manufacturer rises to that occasion. Hose was a pain to get connected to the hose bib. Like the threaded piece isn't long enough or something. It felt like it only screwed-in about 3/4 of a turn before bottoming out. Naturally I retried several times - same result. Upon turning on - leaked like a sieve. Naturally, I assumed the connection between hose and bib wasn't tight - so I went and got a wrench to tighten it. This helped - but it continued to leak like crazy from below - like where the rubber part went into the connector. Solution: The broken hose I was going to throw away and replace this hose with turned out to be a whole lot better of an option. I was able to avoid Covid-19 be buying it curbside - but now still get a second-chance to get it having to return it in-person.

Purchased last month, two 100 ft hoses. Connected them tight and they leak. I hate having to return them to a store during this pandemic so I will probably live with it but I would not buy again.

I bought this hose due to the high pressure of water that comes out of the spigot on the front of my house. Goofy plumbing from what I'm told since its before the pressure regulator in the house. Anyways I typically only open the valve half way and get plenty of pressure. Kids ended up opening it all the way and then forget about it so of course it blows the house out even after less than a year of having it. It says lifetime warranty but why spend hours of my time trying to get a new hose when they'll probably end up telling me I didn't store it properly. Warranties are written to protect the company...not the consumer. Needless to say I wont be buying another one. A lot of money to spend on a water hose after not even a year.

I needed a good hose for my front yard. Im prety happy with it! It coils nincely you just have to take your time with it. The ends are solid! Some of the best hose connections I’ve seen. I think you will be pleased with it!

It's good. Not the greatest but it definitely gets the job done. I've yet to find a kink free hose though.

So far so good with the hose. Only used it a few times in this season so we will see after the hot summer how it holds up.

Another example of a good design using low quality materials. The fittings are not brass. To save 25 cents, zinc or another low quality material was used. Should you use any type of connection such as a sprayer, expect it to 'weld' via oxidation to the hose. You won't be able to remove it without pliers either from the hose or the hose from spigot. Solution: Brass connections.

After one week of use it started leaking from the joint right below the nozzle, just to be clear ( not the threading but the joint below) I return and got another one hoping the fault was just with that one so time will tell.

purchased it about a month ago but I've only used it 3 times . I left the valve opened for a day and when I went to use it to wash car it was busted and splashing water everywhere. Not sure how long it's been throwing water but my water bill will probably be more expensive than what I paid for it.

I love the NerverKink 5/8"x100' hose.....this is a big improvement over the ones they were making 3 years ago.....The hose is better and a big improvement over the hose ends. They are more durable and heavy duty. With the combination of the new design ends and the hose it should last a long time...I had the 75' hose before,though with the 100' only few dollars more I chose the longer hose. And it's made here in the U.S.A

First one I purchased had a tear, so exchanged it, 2nd one leaks from the end thats close to the wall, and yes it kinks!

Absolute garbage. This hose didn't last a season before springing a leak. Even worse, "patented" coupling system became so stuck on my spigot, I had to call a plumber to cut it off (see photo), which set me back $100. Do NOT buy this hose!

Bought this hose last year and as for not kinking or tangling thats a bunch of malarkie. I just came back on the HD web site to find a different hose. It's so stiff it wont hang on a hose rack and the one I have now has two kinks that severly restrict the water flow and you just cant get them out. I did notice there is a lifetime warranty so I guess I'll see if HD honors it. Maybe if it sat in direct sunlight and it was always 100 degrees out it would be better but in upstate NY that just isnt happening.

The couplings where of good quality as well as the hose material. However the hose was wound so tight in the packaging that when I went to unroll it, the hose had several flat spots similar to kinks and was its difficult to layout the hose because this.

This hose replaced a similar hose I’ve had for at least 10 yrs, and use almost daily in the yard and to wash our vehicles. New sturdier attachments connected better to The spigot.

Perfect addition to my pool leveler so that I can hose down my pool deck and keep it clean!

Just came home from purchasing a few items and I knew we had to replace our hose. We came across this brand. Once home, I cut off the plastic strips holding the cardboard and hose together, then took off the cardboard.. I looked and saw that the one end where the nozzle would have been connected, had already two kinks in it.. so It will be returned back to store this week.. I will exchange it for the "pro" one which is 3 dollars more and see how that one looks. Also the part that attaches to the spicket was not easy to put on.

Should be called always kink. I bought 2 100 ft hoses. They continually kink and get worse over time. I tried to buy american. Just a poor design.

Where! to start .... As you can see, the bottom right of the photo shows the hose safely rolled back in its home..... what a relief.... This hose is great other than its natural , factory 100% American made and instilled ability to turn a three year old boy into a water spraying rage of annoyance. Rainbows? We got them..trust me, have the water soaked clothes to prove it. Pets don't need a bath? Too bad.... they've got one and then rolled in that puddle of mud created doing it.... do you like sibling fights? Great! Your in luck.. nothing instills sibling rage like the neverkink hose. Great at ruining everything not supposed to get wet as well.... buy this hose and create chaos within the household!

Several days after putting the hose in service, I noticed several bulges/weak spots in the hose. I'm sure that they will rupture eventually. Trying to get my hose replaced. Oh yeah, it does kink, too.

Love this garden hose! Easy to handle.

I returned it it had bubbles throughout the hose that burst the first time .

After less than a year, already having to consider getting a new hose because the hose fitting has became so lose that water shoots almost as rapidly from the sealed end as it does from the open end of the hose.
