Dream workbench
This is an AWESOME workbench. The bamboo is really heavy and therefore is very solid. When fully assembled, the bench feels very solid. This is a huge step up from the workbench that the previous owners left behind at my house largely due to the bamboo sturdiness and the powerbar. I showed a couple coworkers this bench and they were really jealous of it. They also appreciated the solid build quality and utility of the powerbar. Assembly was easy enough on my own but it would've been easier with another person. I'd highly recommend this if you want a product that will last. Something with this build quality can't help but last a long time.

Great bench
Very sturdy, nice looking. Using it to provide counter space in a 1930's kitchen. Along with its 6 foot twin.

    Solid construction
Recently purchased the full 7 piece cabinet system and was very impressed with the quality. I had a spot for a stand alone work bench and purchased the 48" bench in SS. Great quality and finish. Very solid and worth the price.

    Poor fitment
Not very good fitment, legs look like they lean. I felt it was a good value but poor fitment.

    Beautiful work bench!
This work bench is a beautiful. The bamboo top has held up to some pretty good abuse that a work bench typically does. The frame is strong and easily assembled. The back tray does hold a tablet pretty well and also small parts bins for organizing smaller parts. The value is fair do to the cost, is it worth it? Yes, if you are going to be needing a large solid work bench that will last you for years, its a good bet this will last as long as its not too abused.

    Nice looking, sturdy bench
This is a really good looking, well constructed bench. I am a small production jeweler, and I previously had a long rough wood bench in my basement. My new place doesn't have a basement, so I was looking for something just as functional, but better looking. This fits the bill. Negatives? The top is actually a laminate over particle board, NOT bamboo. Ok for my purposes, but I was a little disappointed in that. Also, I wish it had a lower shelf, but I was able to buy a finished 12x48 shelf that fits fine. Didn't add the tray on the back, primarily because I didn't have space, but I also didn't want to have to drill more holes in the laminate top.

      Works great
This is a great looking and sturdy workbench. The installation was very easy and the instructions were easy to follow. The bamboo top is quite stylish and gives a smooth surface to work on. There are sturdy metal bins lining the long edge of the table top where tools, hardware, and other components can be stored. A neat touch that they have included in this product is an iPad stand. Many manuals and how-to videos are online now, so it is nice to have an iPad stand built into the workbench. Additionally, the power strip that comes with the table adds to the built in convenience of the table.

A quick fix for a garage work surface
Fairly happy with the sturdy quality of the metal parts and the wood top, but that being said 4 of the holes just didn't line up and would have to be drilled out wider to get the bolts in. The design is very simple so it's disappointing something so basic wouldn't be caught in quality control. Additionally, the instructions don't mention needing a power drill, but you are required to drill pilot holes when attaching the frame and tool tray to the work top. The instructions recommend a 1/16" pilot bit for both jobs, but the 12 on the underside need more like 3/32" and the 4 for the tray is more like 7/32", otherwise you will either strip the screw heads or shear them in the process. Have not owned it long enough to comment on durability, but if these simple issues are resolved it'd deserve the full 5 stars for being a decent, out-of-the-box workbench. *Note, I also purchased the NewAge cabinets to go underneath as shown in the product pictures, but beware that the 33" cabinets stand closer to 34" with feet fully retracted, this is barely low enough to fit underneath and allow the drawers/doors to open without hitting the metal frame of the workbench

Great Workbench if you have the room for the length!
This workbench is a very nice work surface. I really like the length and height (a real back saver). I ordered the 96" bench and it is big but is sure is nice to have the space to work on projects. So far I have cut out candy canes for a theatrical set, painted a small project and repaired a little water pump on the bench. The front tray that runs the length of the bench holds all the small parts of everything your working on. Very Clever idea. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars, attaching the front tray didn't attach easily. All in all I'm very happy with the unit.

Easy to follow instructions. Other tools needed to make construction easier. Right size for 8' X 10' shop making more room for tools and yard equipment.

        Solid Table
Well made and solid little workbench. I don't think the 2000 lb. load rating is real world accurate though. The top is nicely done stainless steel wrapped around wood. Leveling feet on all four legs keeps it wobble free!

          Well built table.
This work table was extremely easy to set up. I expect that I will have many years use of it. I like the fact that the storage cabinets that you can purchase will make this an even better unit.

Easy to put together, and as it was not for a workbench, but for a kitchen, it was perfect for our use.

Overall decent, but also falls short in the details
This thing is a real pain to assemble. With the bamboo top you actually have to position the support assembly and drill your own screw holes. The documentation recommends a very small drill bit for all the pilot holes, just ignore that. Use the right size drill bit and go with your gut. I snapped one screw trying to drive it into such a small pilot hole in the wood. Apparently if you get the steel top it comes pre-drilled. The tool tray was pretty beat up during shipping and sags a bit. The screws holding it in are huge, again, don't listen to the recommended pilot hole size, use a sensible drill bit. The power strip is very cheap and held on with the smallest little nuts and bolts. I have a feeling that over time it may work lose and fall off. I think I would buy another one if I had the need, the value is pretty good. But corners do get cut to get to that price point.

          disappointed
Smaller than expected and required a lot of assembly that was not expected. Table top had to be drilled and measured. I expected it to be pre-lined and pre-drilled. It is a lot smaller than expected as well.

          very good workbench
I needed an extra bench in my shop and this was just what I was looking for. It is very sturdy and the price was better than comparable products that I looked at. The only complaint that I have is some of the screws required a pilot hole and the recommended drill size was inadequate. For someone who is not familiar with drilling pilot holes, it could be frustrating for them during assembly. Also, a couple of screws and nuts were damaged and had to be replaced. Since I have an adequate supply and variety of hardware in my shop, this was not an issue. However, for someone who doesn't have this, it would have required a trip to the hardware store to replace them. I've had problems like this before with other products that required assembly and these manufacturers need better quality control with their products.

          Expect dented top
This item filled a need at a good price when it was the Deal of the Day. I had it sent to a Home Depot store, hoping that it would be handled more carefully than a delivery service. But, discovered that it was sent via UPS to the store The store pickup process at the store went well. But, we were disappointed when we got it home and unpacked it to discover four large dents in the work surface. I'm sure it will gather many more dents in it's lifetime, but you always like to start out with an undamaged product. Also, it's a bit flimsy. We will be adding bracing from the tabletop to the legs.

          Extremely heavy workbench
My first shipment of this workbench was received damaged. After calling the customer service number provided in the accompanying assembly booklet and explaining the damage, I was shipped a replacement. The representative was very polite and helpful and turned a somewhat frustrating experience into a positive one. This workbench is very sturdy, heavy and well made. Assembly required a helper, but only because of the weight of the components, not due to difficulty in the actual assembly. The adjustable leveling feet were appreciated since my garage floor is not perfectly level. This is a large workbench - a full 96" in length. The 2000 lb weight capacity makes this workbench strong enough for just about anything I would ever place on the top. The stainless steel top is so much nicer than the wooden top I was using on my previous workbench. The organization tray ( which is the full length of the top) is very handy and perfect for any number of small objects, including small hand tools. I especially like the 6-outlet powerbar. It is so handy for providing a ready power source for hand tools and for charging my cordless tool batteries. The tablet stand is perfect for hands-free tablet use while following online directions. This is the perfect workbench for my needs. Big enough and strong enough for anything I can imagine using it for and the modern, sleek appearance is a bonus ! I anticipate years and years of use.

          Heavy duty
This is a strong heavy duty table. It has a solid wood top wrapped in stainless steel. The frame work and legs are metal construction. The unit was very easy to assemble. It comes with a tool tray and a power strip. It was packed very well but there was still some damage to the top which was easily straightened. The top is one solid piece so it is bulky. Hard to handle in its shipping container. After it is assembles it is easier to get around. It makes an excellent work bench.

          Nice bench
The bench is pretty nice and nobody will expect to see your workshop with a nice stainless work surface. The finish of the support framework is a pretty nice powder coated finish. There is assembly and as with all assembly is pain and frustration but it's worth it. It should be noted that this package is extremely heavy and awkward in dimension which appears to make careful handling on delivery a challenge...expect some possible imperfections with the work surface since mine basically looked like it was dragged across a mile long asphalt parking lot with the corner of the protective packaging ground off down to the product. I am not sure of the quality of the power strip included but it does work...it's something to see a trusted brand even if it's secondary on electrical items as such since you are plugging in expensive tools. It's a nice work bench but many will find it difficult to spend the money for it but there are other cheaper options to consider.

          Solid
Very heavy duty workbench, the bamboo top is a fantastic hard work surface with plenty of depth to lay out pieces, I'm using this workbench as an assembly and finishing bench, I have a plywood topped bench I use for anything needing cutting or drilling (While the bamboo is tough I am still babying it so I don't mar it). The built in power strip is very conveint and there is no wobble in the legs, it's not thin metal construction.

          Excellent work bench
This is an excellent workbench for any shop or garage. It was easy to assemble but does take some time to get it all put together. I recommend having two people for assymbly. It is very sturdy and well made. The height is perfect for standing. The bamboo top gives the workbench a heavy top and looks great. It comes with a power outlet bar and metal tray to hold tools or other items.
