This wine cooler makes a horrible banging sound. it sounds like someone trying to kick their way out of a closet.

Little noisy but this thing is cool!

The fan is super loud when it’s screwed into the top of the cooler. It’s almost as if it runs the top of the plastic. I’ve had to unscrew it and let it sit on the racks or you hear a constant humming noise. They won’t do anything to help me here

We bought this to replace our smaller wine fridge and this one looks and functions very nicely! Plenty of room for all sorts of wine bottles and drinks. The LED works great and the temperature setting is spot on. Fairly quiet too! Highly recommend!

This 27 bottle cooler has been great. Just the right size for a semi serious wine drinker. My wife and I love it as it doesn’t take up too much room and there is virtually no maintenance needed. The price was great and my interactions with Newair have been very smooth, Alai Drysdale in particular was most helpful.

Looks great. Easy to assemble the few loose parts. Certain bottles fit snug but I haven’t encountered too much trouble. There is a constant humming that’s unavoidable between the fan & compressor. If this bothers you, I wouldn’t recommend this product. Time will tell if I decide to keep or return.

I followed the instructions on this product to the T. The unit has a constant humming it never shuts off.. the fan is always running in the fridge??? The humming is just annoying and if there is no fix for it I’ll need to return in..

Replaced thermoelectric that quit and was a bit concerned at Ouse from compressor but is very quiet.

the unit does a great job of maintaining the temp of my wine exactly where I like it. because of it's size I like the convenience of having the unit nearby and the wine available for meals

So far, so good. It holds the set temperature with only a +2° upswing from the original set temperature. Pretty quiet; although, I have never owned another wine cooler to compare it too.

We received this wine cooler as a wedding present. We've really enjoyed it and have extra room in our regular fridge. It has been easy to install, and thanks to Elmer with NewAir support, it was easy to fix/swap our display panel when it quit working within a year of owning it.

The cooler is compact and easily assembled. However the temperature defaults to Celsius. Every time the power goes off, the unit reverts to Celsius and the originally programmed temperature. There is no way to lock in your personal selection. Consequently, it’s necessary to reprogram as often as the power goes out. (Frequently where we live)

Good value for the price.

The first New Air fridge I got didn't work, so I had to return it. I had to go with this brand and model because the measurements fit in the space, so I was limited. It is very loud. I used to have a Haier Fridge and was spoiled, it was beautiful, silent, dual temp and lasted for 20 years (it still works, just didn't fit in the new space). I would spend a little more money and get something else, if I could have found the right size configuration.
