Awesome deck tiles. Transformed my builder grade slab if deck into an oasis. Expanded deck by framing underneath and then laid the tiles on top. Looks like a new yard!! I am a middle aged woman and had no trouble with these tiles. Make sure to plan out your design ahead of time and measure carefully. I meticulously planned out my project and had to make very minimal cuts.

I have a spa that has a composite surround for about 12 years now that looks good as new, so when we decided to add decking to our 95 sq ft balcony we researched composite - and settled on this one (Peruvian Teak) - it took one guy with a table saw 4 hours total to cut to size and lay the planks - what a beautiful difference! Raised just enough to allow rain to flow underneath, sturdy, no wobble, and we simply couldn't be happier!

This product turned an ugly concrete porch into a welcoming haven. My husband did require wood cutting tools at the very end to fit around our porch's beams. A good quality product.

I was so happy when this 1' by 3' product when it became available for shipping. It came as promised and I installed it over two half days. I did the middle part first and adjust its location from side to si second day, I installed the border pieces. Mine was perfect on the long side. If not, I would have to use a circular saw with a fine blade to cut the 3' long side as it was too long for the chop saw. I love the color (Peruvian Teak). I would suggest borrowing a chop saw that you can cut with a down and in motion for a great cut. A normal single action chop saw would not cut the piece in one cut. Cutting it in two different directions would likely give you some bad cuts. I love the pattern I decided on a more hardwood floor look by installing the pieces at the mid-way point versus keeping all the seams together. We had a concrete terrace (condo). The new paint started peeling after just a few years and looked bad. See pictures. Very happy! Good Luck with your project,

Looks great on front porch, several compliments from neighbors. Nice trim accessories.

The product looks great and was very easy to install. Only issue I had is one of the boxes had an assembly issue and 1 of the slats was not in line with the others on all 5 pieces. After I caught the problem I was able to take the one piece off and reattach it in the correct place. In the end the final product looks like a real wood deck without any of the maintenance.

We had this installed over 2 years ago for two outdoor patios. We live by the water and it holds up very well against the salt air and rain. It's easy to clean and was easy to install over the ugly red tiles underneath.

I can’t say enough good things about these tiles. They are gorgeous ( we got Brazilian IPE), easy to install, durable and really provide warmth to our back patio. Great investment to spruce up your outdoor space!

Product was exactly as advertised.

This decking has improved my patio (the favorite room in my house) by 100%. Yes it was pricey but yes it was super easy to install , is very easy to keep clean and looks fantastic!

Everything went very smoothly from ordering a few color samples to receiving the product. We installed 300 square feet of the Roman Antique deck tile on our screened porch; it took us about 12 hours. The deck tiles are very well made and installation went very smoothly. We love that the product is a composite, will never rot or fade. Plus it looks great! It turned our ordinary concrete slab floor into a beautiful room we can enjoy year round (picture attached).

Game changing product for deck renewal!

Quick shipping, we had delivered to home, we had a 500 sq ft patio completed in less than 4 hours.I was worried about it not being attached to the concrete but it does not bounce when you walk on it, it does sound like a plastic deck, because it is. This is a composite “wrapped” product, it has a thin layer of color wrapped over the top of the composite board, we did chip one of the edges and it peeled off the colorl, the box states “wrapped” composite material. Hoping it holds up and doesnt get scratched off. Other than that it is a great product.

Going to have to go with a different brand that is not as nice but this manufacturer has a 1000sqft minimum on custom orders. I only need 80sq ft for a front patio and the rest of the colors are meh. Still not sure why they don’t carry all the colors in all the sizes. The 12x12 are ok, but I tried all the sizes and the 3ft ones look best IMO. Super bummed. PLEASE make Japanese cedar available in other sizes!

Friends don’t let friends buy NewTechWood. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Returning it and buying cheaper and better real wood decking.
