This is contact paper. Smells like contact paper, acts like contact paper, is contact paper. Keep that in mind!
I've installed regular wall paper before, this certainly is less messy (no dripping glue) but also doesn't go on as easy. It took forever to push out the bubbles with my felt squeegee. Was a bit harder to align the seams since the paper doesn't move like regular paper, but this patter hid that very well. All in all it was about the same effort as regular paper, but less mess.
It is removable so that is pretty cool. If I had to do it again, I'd buy regular paper.
This was my first attempt at using peel and stick wallpaper. I love the result! The paper is very good quality and forgiving. In some spots I had to remove it several times to get the pattern to match up and it never ripped or wrinkled. Highly recommend.
I used the blue palm coastal paper in my foyer and it looks amazing! Everyone who walks through my front door comments on how beautiful it looks. I have all of my blue and white china peices displayed and it looks great. It goes in just about any decor style and with just about every color. I have an aqua blue peice of furniture as well as a mahogony peice of furniture in my foyer and they both blend well....the wallpaper is show-stopping! I dont have anything hanging on the walls except a mirror....the paper is decorative enough. The peel and stick aspect of the paper is good and forgiving and much less messy than traditional paper. It took me a few hours to paper a fairly large foyer so it is pretty easy to work with.
