Upgrade app
The mobile app needs improvements. Shut off channels not being used. Recordings should allow to jump around time lines.

Great Equipment
I bought this system a year ago..No issues other than 2 cameras out of 8 stopped working. Purchased 2 more cameras from Night Owl, all is good. No complaints.

HC20X DVR20
It is good product, the new DVR purchased to change with old DVR which donot support online viewing. but it is not showing good option to view channel on connected monitor. I had remote control old DVR. It is not working with new HC20X DVR.

Easy set up, works well
Replaced 7 year old non supported Night Owl unit. Works well with older cameras, set was as breeze. Instructions a little confusing on setting up the phone app, but figured it out

Great picture. Great zoom.
I bought this a couple of months ago, there great , but the only downside is the 1080 system will not let you view all cameras at once, like my old does for fast veiwing.
