We absolutely LOVE this! We purchased this specifically for our Christmas Party and it was a HIT with everyone...and NOT just the kids! We had to refill the chocolate too! Very easy to set up, very easy to prep the chocolate and VERY simple to clean! Runs like a champ! **NOTE** make sure you level the machine using the 2 from leveling "feet" or else it could get messy! ENJOY!!!!

This fountain did not operate well for our party! It was horrible - thank goodness we could still dip the fruit in the chocolate. It would heat up and very little chocolate would come through. Was not pleased but glad to be refunded immediately. Took pictures of the fountain not working properly,

This chocolate fountain is perfect so far. I've used it once and it met all my expectations. I would say make sure you buy the chocolate designed especially for chocolate fountains. The guests also dripped a lot of chocolate on the the table so be sure to use a dark table cloth and have plates or paper plates closely available to catch dripped chocolate. I knew that cleaning melted chocolate would not be that easy but the chocolate came off fairly easy with hot water and soap. I would buy this chocolate fountain again.

This product never stayed hot enough for the chocolate to run through. Continue to clog because it was getting cold and not heating up the chocolate. Very dissatisfied and most of all embarrassing at an event!! Plus the product was ordered a few weeks before the event and then the event arrived to use the product and the product did not work out!

The bowl you put the chocolate was supposed to be heated but it never was so the chocolate got hard and think real quick... also it's extremely annoying to clean. Never again.

This little gem totally spiced up my baby shower and it was definitely the focal point of the event! Incredible value for the money and I'm so glad i discovered it. I'm a health nut so it was nice to be able to use the darkest organic chocolate which melted perfectly. Your chocolate fountain was the star of the show and provided hours and hours of wholesome and tasty entertainment. It's going to be a permanent fixture at any and all my future parties and events. Not to mention its so easy to clean and store. Thank you Home Depot!

This thing is awful, it doesn’t hold together at all, might as well just throw away the idea

I bought this for a birthday party ,big hit. Everybody enjoyed have used several times for small & large events works great every time. Kids & adults. Now thinking of buying more products to have tge collection, popcorn/snowcone . ExcitedWould recommend

This fondue fountain is a hit at parties because I mean who doesn't like liquid chocolate. It's easy to assemble and clean. The size is good too, 3lbs is more than enough for most people.

Loved it Just remember to add coconut oil to thin the chocolate before adding to the fountain I used Giaradelli milk chocolate chips which I melted on the stove and then added to the fountain The adjustable legs worked great so the chocolate flowed smoothly. Clean up was a breeze A big hit With the left over chocolate I dipped bananas then sprinkled on almonds and froze them to eat later

The fountain worked great for our holiday party at work. Cleaning was easier than anticipated.

We had a graduation party for our granddaughter with 45-50 guests and this fountain was the perfect size and a big hit with everyone. Easy to read instructions, easy to assemble and chocolates recommended were yummy!

This fountain was the hit of my party. It was equally attractive to the kids and adults.

The fountain did not flow smoothly. It required way more than the 3 pounds it claims it will hold. It was just a disappointment the whole way around.

This item will be something worth having to break out for a party here or there. Especially when renting a chocolate fountain is so expensive, this fountain was just the right size. We had a party of about 60 people. One main problem I noticed was if a food drops off the stick into the chocolate and cannot be retrieved it will cause issues blocking the chocolate to flow correctly. This was an issue with children not paying attention. Also make sure you have a placemat or table cloth, there was also a lot of drips pulling back from the fountain. It is NOT an easy clean-up item. I washed all the pieces by hand, it was very messy. The machine itself is louder than I expected, but after it was flowing and drawing in the attention of the yum factor the noise was no longer an issue. Overall, I am glad that I purchased this item, and would highly recommend it to others. I just wanted to be honest about the negatives of this item as well.

I bought this fountain, it had everything but the chocolate. Went to a nice chocolate store to buy the chocolate. This fountain was a huge hit!

This fondue pot was not very good. It doesn't keep the chocolate hot enough so it cascades correctly. The tiers are plastic and cheap and the pot it's self was pricey for the quality. I would not buy this product.

I ordered this chocolate fountain for my wedding however it didn't even work. I was extremely disappointed! I don't recommend it.

I checked lots of chocolate fountains and they were so expensive including the ones for rent! I like the price of this one, it's easy to use and to clean and it works perfectly ... and it's mine to keep!!!

It was a big hit at my daughter's 1st birthday party...The kids loved it. It is a great product!!!

We purchased this fountain for our holiday party and it was an absolute hit. So easy to use and clean. Not only does it do chocolate but you can use it for cheese fondue also. Highly recommended product. Held enough chocolate for 60 people for the entire evening.
