Finally was able to have my awning put up over my back door. It is very sturdy & looks amazing.

The screws were too small. I hope it holds up to winds and snow. It looks good. It was just put up yesterday 10/23/23

Easy to assemble. I didn’t crimp the slots and doesn’t seem to affect the overall build. The aesthetic looks great.

There were two issues. One is that those tiny screws with the hex heads are very difficult to install. Slightly larger screws with a phillips or allen head would be much better. Also those same small screws to attach the awning to the mounting bracket are just way too small. We drilled out the holes and put in larger screws to make it secure.

This worked GREAT for me. It blocks the late afternoon to sun set heat in my screened in porch. Highly recommend.

Easy build and install, sturdy and looks great.

Nice coverage for side door. Helps avoid rain falling directly on door and provide protection from inclement weather.

Easy to have installed

It was easy to assemble. However, mounting on the rail above the door was less than easy. Lining the screws up with the predrilled holes at the correct angle was nearly impossible. One time the awning came completely out of the rail and fell. After 3 attempts & several bruises I got it on and fastened. I’d contacted people for installation, but the charges were more than the awning.

The quality of the materials is okay. What isn't are the instructions. I'm a mechanical engineer. I can read drawings. But I couldn't make heads or tails of the single-sheet Assembly Instructions with its small B&W pictures. Given that the cost of materials is maybe 1/4 of the purchase price, you'd think the manufacturer could afford a better technical writer and a couple more sheets of paper. I'm not saying they need to be as dead-simple as IKEA or Lego instructions, but these were awful.

I bought the 1500 series. Picked up in store only one box without the side part and any support parts. Waste three hours and $200 labor fee. The factory needs to redesign the wrapping box in case the bad experience happens again!!

Great awning. Takes a little patience to put together but it will provide for a sturdy cover that will last for years. Would buy this again!

Arrived very quickly. People in customer service at the store made it very easy to pick up. It was also very easy to assemble and to install. Waiting for snow to see about the snow rating but other than that very nice awning.

Had good instructions so was easy to put together and install. I would recommend this product.

It was and looks good over the front door.
