OSI Quad performs great. I use it on all windows and doors, basement crevices, etc. It holds, doesn't shrink, easy to smooth so it looks great, and its paintable. Leftover cartridges if stored well will have a pretty long shelf life until you need it again.

It was awful!
It was clear!
It stuck to the two different surfaces!
It became a water barrier!
Completely worthless!

The tube blew out. I assume somewhere it was exposed to water and softened the side. I will return it.

The color was why we purchased ,and it was perfect. Hard product to us and tooling for a cleaner look is not recommended by manufacturer. Also the 1 week cure time makes the product use limited.

Very thick coming out of the tube, hard to lay a neat bead. Might need a special caulking gun to get a decent seal. I was very disappointed. I am used to regular caulking and never had any issues like this. I used it the day after I bought it so it wasn’t like it was laying around for awhile

Tip broke and spewed chaulk everywhere
I went to start chaulking the tip broke and spewed chaulk every where. Never again.
