They sent white instead of brown as ordered so one star is the best I can rate.

Very good product if you need something seal really good. I used it on my roof to fixing some cracks and in few days was seal completely.

Good adhesion but difficult to get a good bead without a lot of experience working it. Definitely need mineral spirits to clean excess off unwanted application or on hands or tools.

I just tried it for the first time. So it will take some time for me to know if it does what I used it for.
But so far it seems to be sealing the ground level windows from the high water from the last rains.
You need to have a category that says - You have not had it long enough to know how well it is working.
