Best product I've used yet!

Thicker than most caulks. Making it easy to seal smaller spaces. Works beautifully

It says it works in cold weather. That is 100% untrue. In 40* it just balls up. Completely useless in cold weather applications

This was the only exterior silicone sealant I would use before retiring as a residential contractor. It might cost slightly more but is superior and lasts for years.

Very limited selection of caulks available. also their pricing was higher than most that I have seen at other stores. In their defense I have not purchased any for a few months so they may have all had a price increase.

this siding sealant works great.

impossible to work with too sticky, just a mess doesn't lay right! also all the tube we bought were plastic caps had to saw the tops off to open. Plastic enclosed tops get a saw to cut off to get to the chalk. Don't use not workable unspreadable.

Love OSI products. Stand up to the elements well and this is why I keep purchasing them.

It stopped the water around windows. I would recommend wearing gloves because that stuff really bonds.

I’m a new homeowner and I’ve tried just about every caulk on the shelves. This stuff is hands down the best for exterior windows, siding, and sealing. It can be applied between 0 and 140 F so it’s great in the winter. It cures fast and can be painted in an hour although I usually wait a day. I’ve even applied it during a light rain and it cured. It applies smoothly and my favorite part is that there’s barely any odor unlike the original OSI quad.
