The Good Grips 10 in. x 15 in. baking pan form OXO is an excellent product with many features. The construction is aluminized steel which helps prevent warping. It is coated with ceramic re-enforced two layer coating which is commercial grade to resist staining and scratching. However the big featureg is non-stick...the coating along with the dimpled baking surface which "elevates" the baking item for even cooking and no sticking. This pan is part of complete set up baking pans. These baking pans will last a long time with great baked good results.

This pan is a little bit smaller than a standard cookie sheet, but it has taller sides. It says it is for making jelly rolls, bars, and things like that. So far I have only used it as a standard cookie sheet. I really like it. It feels very durable. It has a textured bottom, which prevents sticking as well as helps evenly disperse heat. A pan like this will get a lot of use in my household. I particularly like the fact that it is dishwasher safe. While that might not sound like a big deal, I have found there are a surprising number of companies out there that make cookware that is not dishwasher safe. Fortunately that is not the case here.

GOOD GRIPS NON-STICK PRO 10 INCH X 15 INCH JELLY ROLL PAN I just got the Good Grips Non-Stick Pro Jelly Roll pan in today. I could hardly wait to try it out I have several recipes I'm going to cook using this pan. This is made from durable commercial grade aluminum steel. What I like so much about this pan is the size and weight. It is a heavy-gauge steel, but it is really light-weight. You can use it for so many different foods. It's ideal of course for Jelly Rolls, cookies, snack bars, and numerous other treats. Biscuits and even fritters would also be something to try. This is an idea size pan and I know I will definitely be using it a lot. It is Swiss-engineered, PTFE, ceramic-reinforced, 2-layer, commercial-grade coating, which provides the ultimate non-stick food release. This pan is also scratch resistant, stain, corrosion and abrasion-resistant. It has a Micro- textured pattern, which ensures even baking. It also has square-rolled edges that adds reinforcement for the structure, strength and durability. I highly recommend this OXO Good Grips Non-Stick Pro Jelly Roll Pan. This is really a great product and I can assure you, you will use it over and over again for many things. It's my “go to” pan for sure. This is designed to bring your kitchen the best-in-class quality and performance found in commercial bakeware. I cannot say enough about it. I have included some pictures of a dish I just cooked using this pan. It had lots and lots of cheese, and it did not stick at all, and clean up is a breeze.

We needed a new pan and OXO is a good brand. it came out of the box in perfect condition and looked nice. the first think i noticed was the weight, this is a half size pan and it weighs more then the full size Cuisinart pan. i like the dimpled surface, cookies, etc. do not burn the non-stick surface was as good as any i have seen and the wide edge easy to grab. we are very happy this pan.

As I've said before, I really like this brand. This is a great pan for doing so many different things. The sides are high enough to keep juices from running over. The pan stays flat during cooking, something I find my other cookie sheets don't do. The non-stick surface is easy to clean; hand wash, no dishwasher. The pebbled bottom makes removing whatever you bake easy. My cookies and rolls come out perfect and evenly browned. The pan is heavier than my other ones and feels much sturdier.

Fantastic small baking pan. 9x13 is a great size for smaller baking/cooking projects, but I wouldn't recommend this size for large quantities. The sides are nice and tall to keep things on the pan. The textured bottom along with the non-stick coating work extremely well to keep things from sticking without any sprays or oil. This pan can be used side by side in a standard sized oven with another pan of similar size. Overall another fantastic product.

It’s nice to have a good sized, non-stick cookie sheet and this one fits the bill. The cookies slide right off the sheet after baking and hardly leave any residue. The non-stick coating on this sheet is durable which makes clean up a breeze. Compared to my stone and other steel cookie sheets, this is by far the best sheet I have ever used. I did notice a discrepancy between the Home Depot website and the product use and care instructions. The use and care instructions from OXO say to hand wash but the H.D. website says it’s dishwasher safe. I decided not to take the chance and washed it by hand. With proper care, this cookie sheet should last a long time with great results.

By far the nicest pan that I have, stamped with "Made in USA" which is unusual. The pan is heavily textured which has reduced the problem of food sliding across a smooth pan as I put the pan in the oven or remove it. Regardless of the texture, this pan cleans up easily, from pizza to other heat n eat foods. When heating or cooling at about 400 degrees the pan sometimes will creak once and warp slightly.

cookie sheet: large, strong and non stick. My daughter's comments (the primary user) below. cooked cookies evenly - some cookie sheets I've used have burn the bottoms of the cookies before the rest of the cookie is cooked. was fairly easy to clean, even when I let sit for a while, but ridges made it a little more challenging to clean than some of my other sheets. sheet is also thick and does not cool off as quickly as some of my other cookie sheets - I don't know if that is a good or bad thing for people, I didn't like it as much because it was hard to reuse again and cook the rest of the cookies. It was still fairly hot to handle and started cooking my cookies a little before I put in oven.

I love my other OXO kitchen tools, so I was really excited to try out this Non-Stick Pro Half Sheet Pan. I was not disappointed! The chocolate-chocolate chip cookies I baked on it came out perfectly: evenly baked, chewy in the middle, and easy to remove from the pan. The non-stick coating is great, and the weight of the pan is very sturdy--no bending or warping with this baby! It's great! It's a little pricier than other pans I've purchased, but in this case you really do get what you pay for. Thank you OXO!
