When I first purchased this coffeeboxx I received an email saying it would take 6 weeks to deliver! Once i received a tracking number (3 days after purchase) I find its two states away, a 6 1/2 hour drive! Now I work in the transportation industry and I understand you're not going to send a truck with my coffee maker by itself to my local store. You're going to wait till you have a truckload of items (it only makes sense). Anywho it only took 3 weeks, i can live with that. Now as far as the coffeemaker goes, it would spurt and sputter and give very little coffee no matter what button you push. I did some research and watched YouTube and found a fatal design flaw. If the lid where the water tank sits does not make a solid connection you will have little to no water going in your unit. Videos suggest using cardboard a piece of rubber, basically anything to raise the tank about a millimeter. Personally i took a bottle cap off of a water bottle (one of the food store skinny bottle caps) shaved about half of the height off and found that it worked. I would imagine that you need to figure this out immediately and not run your coffeemaker without water. I can see someone buring up the pump after trying a dozen times. After that it seemed like the coffeemaker still took longer than normal but was giving an adequate amount of coffee. As i use it the coffeemaker has sped up and i would say its about as fast as a keurig. Oh and you're first 3 or 4 cups will smell like plastic. I just lived with it maybe a cleaning would help. I also bought the carrying case but it's kind of useless in my 18wheeler. If i were a journeyman (traveling contractor) the case would probably make more sense. I tried to add photos the bottlecap and placement. By the way "Coffeeboxx" by "Oxx" is this company owned by Dr.Suess? Ive heard this company has gone out of business too, good luck with tech support.
Great product take it with me to work!
Was stuck in traffic on I-95 in Pompano Beach FL last week so I reached over and brewed a fresh cup with my Oxx Coffee Box!
This week I’m in Topsfield Ma @ the Topsfield Fair running a concession booth for my family’s restaurant and I have my Coffee Box!
Like American Express I don’t leave home without it!!
I am one happy customer!

this is the best coffee maker for my truck so far, it is tough and it make great coffee when i want where i want, i am always on the move, and i dont need to stop at a truck stop for a 4.00 dollars coffee that i dont like, you must have this oxx coffee box in your truck for a coffee stop when you want where you want, at a fraction of the cost.....
We take our Coffeeboxx to a monthly rocket launch in the desert in California. The dust is terrible, but this is the first 'portable' coffee maker that has been resistant to the elements. We love it. The coffee quality is surprisingly better and richer than our expensive Keurig. The fact that this machine is fully self contained (retractable cord, water tight, strong handle) makes it ideal for rough people in rough enviroments
Water heats quickly; under a minute, quiet operation and holds a lot of water. It’s rugged enough to take on vacation too! Really like this coffee brewer. Oh and the separate line for hot water is fabulous.
I Really love this rugged coffee Maker. The sealed water container and fast heating is awesome. Make sure your press the water container lid tight. So it makes a seal to draw water from the tank. I installed this in my 4x4 rig. with 3000 watt inverter. Coffee on the beach and in the mountains off road. Oh Yeah!
The CoffeeBoxx is all that and then some. I got mine about two months ago and love it. It's a good size like a small cooler, easy to use and makes a good cup of coffee fast and hot, I can take it almost anywhere. We are now a two coffee maker family I have my CoffeeBoxx and my wife has her Keurig for her flavor stuff and the CoffeeBoxx is faster Ha!
