Worked perfectly, easy to install, a little on the pricey side but saved me from having to hire a plumber which in the end paid for itself. Would absolutely buy/use again if needed.

Worked as designed. You need to make sure to get the rubber seal higher on the flange so it fits snug, then turn the flange to tighten. The flange doesn't lock down, but it should work in it's snug condition.

Nice flange because it extends into the drain pipe with a rubber gasket in case of any backups, but a bit pricey
