Easy to install, but new flange height is an issue
Sits on top of Iron Waste Pipe so Toilet is now 3/8" above floor - Multiple shims necessary to get level and sturdy - Easy to install

Easy install and tough design.
I used one a year ago on our second floor batheoom and it has not failed. It is a tough design and the easy twist feature is ingenious. Just be sure to align the bolt points before screwing it down for the install of the toilet. I’m about to install one in our basement bathroom so I’ll be sure to let you know how that goes.

Excellent construction easy to install
These things are great when installing tile. The boot securely attaches to old cast iron pipes. Its good to measure the inside diameter before picking one out, 3 or 4 inch diameter. . Be assured that these will be a bit tight and may require a rubber mallet to tamp down.
