Works as it should. Works well with onslab installation with tile to follow. Most tile on a mud bed will be the same height as the flange which provides a secure mount for the water closet.

I had a customer who pulled up a toilet without disconnecting it. It left an broken unusable flange with just a few pieces left. This product saved the day. Obviously others have encountered the same thing. It worked great and helped my customer's new toilet get installed properly.

Had everything I needed and the app was great on directing to where I needed to go to get each item.

Easy installation once the original flange is removed. I installed this repair flange over a cast iron drain stack in a cement floor. Used Tapcons to secure it to the floor. Excellent result.

Easy to use to install

Made replacing a broken flange quick and easy (once I got the broken one out). I was surprised at how well this grabs the pipe.

I used this product to replace an old lead flange. It will not hold the toilet bolt. It pulls though. VERY UNHAPPY.

Mounted well to our cast iron pipe but it crackt when tighting tge bolw and it didn’t wven feel tight. Going back to get a new oke plus ine of this quarter metal flange repair rings. Wish me luck...

This is a rugged a product at a good price and it is strong enough to withstand hot and cold weather, I don’t know about extreme.Thicker than most other products. The bottom is tapered and is screws in along with the rubber insert to fit snug in the drain pipe and line up the four screw holes.
