Product is as expected. Easy to use and straight forward install. Valves appear solid after 2 weeks of use with no leaks or issues with pressure. Item looks sharp with no writing or advertised product name on the bezel...as it should be!

This is an absolutely fantastic kit.
I used this in a retrofit old work situation, so my pictures shown are of an installation without the t clips for stud attachment, but I have used this kit before and it works very well.
I am extremely please with the valves. They are very well made valves that show no signs of leakage or long term issues. They come attached to a plastic flange, that is a quarter turn installation into the plastic box for installation.
My particular installation was "upside down", with water supply coming from above. They incllude a plastic flange to seal the sewage hookup hole that is now on the top, an they include a knockout on the bottom for when I eventually integrate it as well.
Overall, very well build and thought out. I love the quarter turn valves, that are on the quarter turn install flange. I was able to make a pex connection in the box, then shove the pex back behind the drywall. I can not think of how to install this in old work an copper without ripping out more drywall. I did not need to repair any at all.

I like that it's a ball valve shut off. The plastic box seems a little cheap, but once it's in, it should be ok. It didn't work for our application for retrofit because our drain was so far away from the supply lines. We'd have to open up the wall and redo it. We may do it when we repipe. I don't really like that the supply lines have to bend down. I somewhat like it when the adapter is pointed toward the ground and the supply lines just attach from the bottom up; hanging if you will. I'm just worried about the hose bending and creating too much pressure. on the line walls.

I received the Quadtro 1/4 turn Pex Standard Display Model #38528 by Oatey in the mail in a double box in undamaged condition. I found this product to be easy to install and hook up, since I am working with a stud wall that doesn't have drywall on yet. This unit uses F1807 PEX fittings ( Crimp Style/Barbed ) Prouduct is made of high impact polystyrene and the valves can be mounted on the top or the bottom, depending how your water lines a routed.

Not at all suitable for repair. Probably OK for new.
Worst fault is that the drain pipe from the house has to come up into the box and dump into the pvc drain pipe directly and leave a 1/4" gap all around. No way to direct a slight valve leak into the drain. It will go into the wall! \#/
Valves offer thread or solder. Solder not appropriate. Joint is too close to the plastic.
Your option is to add a tread-to-compression adapter. Then you have to shorten the pipe...in the wall.
Valves are designed to seal to the bottom of the box (unlike the drain), but have to be turned to lock into the seal position. This has to be done before connecting to the supply pipes. Not an easy option in a repair. Compression fittings to the wall pipe would have worked.
(My attempt to solder warped the plastic box and the R valve flange would not latch.)
I bought new valves with Sharkbite. I still had to shorten the pipe.
