We decied to go with product after several weeks looking at other sealents and colors and hundreds of reviews. It went on great covered easly with a sprayer and with a brush and roler. We did put two coats on our deck and fence, the only down side is that it really did take about take about 4 days for it to dry, not a big deal but it was a bit longer than we anticipated,

This is the first time using this product and you really can not get a proper look by simply brushing on a thin coat. I brushed on a thin coat after of course mixing thoroughly. I was working with 2x6x14 ft boards. After painting all sides I turned it over to the first side and used a clean rag wiped it all off. That gave me a good stain and showed the wood grains at the same time.
