Tree roots should remain damp before and during transportation and planting . Mine showed up bone dry . Soaked them , planted in and watered in . Returned them after 2 weeks of showing no sign of life .

This was by far the the worst "STICK" that they...
This was by far the the worst "STICK" that they called a tree-root, not sure how much they cut off the top but it was the Diameter of my "INDEX FINGER" with a SPRUT sticking out!! 100% TRASH.. Home Depot should discontinue doing using this Supplier.

I was so excited to get this tree. I followed all of the directions per the included growing instructions. I have grown many trees before this and did basically the same thing - however this tree didn't ever show signs of growth or even the ability to grow. I waited and waited - thinking it was dormant and needed more time, but still no growth. Very disappointed.

The first tree that was send to me came already...
The first tree that was send to me came already dead. Then Home Depo sent another one but it died in just a couple months after.
Not sure I will order from HD again.

I received the tree in three days from ordering. When...
I received the tree in three days from ordering. When UPS dropped it off I was home working in the yard, so I was able to plant it according to the instructions that were included. It had a couple tiny leaves on it which wilted and fell of three days later. It has been a couple of months and despite daily watering the tree is dead.

no roots
Bought five maple trees and one has leaves. They come basically with no roots so I’m not sure what I hope they have of survival. Returned trees to Home Depot for effortless refund. Thanks for the 12 months guarantee.

At first we really liked the trees. They started to "take" and then one stopped budding. I emailed the company the first week in June with no response from them. We kept tending to them with no avail.The second tree stopped leafing in July. We planted the trees in April.
