The bare root prairie fire crabapple tree came boxed in good shape, tiny leaves are beginning on the limbs. Only complaint is that the delivery person left it halfway up my neighbors driveway….Glad I have a good neighbor!!

It was a bad purchase ever it was dead on arrival
it was very rude when it came. It look dead. I planted it later. It just pulled out because it was dead. Do not buy vare root plants.

Tree was shipped bare root and closely pruned. After a couple of weeks it's sprouting nice leaves.

They cut the tree in 1/2 and cut all branches off of it. I ordered twice thinking it was a mistake and definitely wasn't the tree ends up 3 feet tall and just completely chopped up. Either charge more or charge shipping don't destroy the trees to save $

Glad we bought this one!
On its third Spring now, and looking real good. The wood is very strong; needs sharp pruning tools! Growing in clay soil, zone 8, SW Oregon. HD delivered a good one.
