Very nice product at a fair $9.89.

I’ve seen and used mats like this at stores and commercial establishments. So, I thought it would be good to try for the home. I got it for the garage entry to the house, replacing a standard outdoor mat. This mat is attractive and has been quite effective removing the history from our footwear so we don’t track it in the house. Very durable and fits the space well.

We are in a new house and this rubber mat is great in keeping the dirt out of the house. This is an all rubber mat, no cloth on this mat at all. The rubber pins are very firm, which is great for removal of dirt, as well as, keeping shoes on if they have been out in the snow or rain. We like it so much that we are looking for the next longer size for a different location.

I got this 18 x 30 rubber door mat to put at the door from my garage into the house since it is where most of the foot traffic in and out of the house occurs. The textured back holds it in place on the cement floor very well and the hundreds of pins do a great job of scraping off my shoes before tracking a mess into the house. Best part is I can easily take it outside to hose it off when dirty and it again looks like new.

The Ottomanson Dirt Off Pins Design 18 inch by 30 inch Rectangle Rubber Door Mat to me is a good value. The mat has enough weight to stay put in a moderate wind. The Pin Design helps remove dirt from your shoes when you scrape your feet on it. The mat is easily hosed off to remove dirt and dries off quickly in the sun because of the black color. I recommend this product.

Acquired this mat to help me clean my shoes off before going into the house after walking around the yard. The mat has an attractive black rubber finish and is about the optimum size (18 by 30 inches) for this application. The black pins do to a very good job of cleaning mud or yard debris off any kind of shoes one might wear around the yard. The mat is fairly thick and appears to be a durable product. Definitely recommend.

I am happy with my new door mat, I placed this doormat outside my patio door, so that my pets will run across it before they come into the house, I have noticed a difference since I put this mat down , it is less dirt and grass being tracked inside.

This door mat is entirely of rubber construction. Three of its best features are: - The design of the black pins. It is unlikely that you’ll break them off anytime soon. These are 3/16” tall cone shape with a 3/16” diameter base. Quite stout. - The 1” wide border tapers down toward the edge, reducing the chance of it becoming a trip hazard. - It will contain your mess, whether that’s grass/mud/sand. The aforementioned border stands proud above the center by ~1/4”, creating a containment area. So, when needed, you can pick up your mat, and shake off collected debris into a garbage/outside. While the specs state that this is an indoor/outdoor mat, if you want it to last, I’d keep it out of the sun. UV rays are a known cause of dry rot. Other features observed are the weight (4 pounds) and the anti-slip backing.

This floor mat/rug does look just like the picture. It has lots of little rubber bumps across the top and they poke up enough that you could easily catch dirt and debris in the mat to dump it off later. I got this for outside my back door and thank goodness it is outside. I opened the package and it smells like I walked into a tire store, it stinks like rubber so bad. I'm hoping that the smell dissipates quickly, but I fear that it would have stunk up an entire garage if it was in there. The quality is excellent, but the stench is horrible. I imagine it won't stink after a few weeks, but the smell is why I lowered the rating to 4 stars.

I am pleased with my new door mat. (notice the large barcode on the package, you won’t end up waiting for a price check) It measures 30 by 18 inches as you can see in my photo. This size centers nicely on the door, between garage and house, where there's usually a lot of foot traffic. The height does not interfere with opening and closing of the door. The mat is flatter at the edge and thicker at the center. I would describe the edge of the mat as an inwardly slanted frame, that I think serves two purposes. First, I think it makes it less likely to catch your toe on the mat. Second it creates a tray in the center of the mat that will trap water, mud, and snow as people come in through the door. I’m not sure of the exact composition. I would describe as a non-skid rubber material. The one I have is black. There is a pebble like pattern on the backside, that I’m assuming will help with circulation and drying of the underside. The upper surface inside the framed edge is the business area, a nubby surface that does double duty to catch water and debris and scrape off the bottom of a shoe as it passes over the nubs. The nubs are spaced about three to the inch. The nubs themselves are a thick cone shape that should hold up well to foot traffic. One final nice feature to note is the weight. This has the right balance between maneuverability and durability. It’s not so heavy as to be difficult to move around, but heavy enough to stand up to daily use and stay looking nice.
